This place is beyond gross. Blood on the bathroom door, pool water was so cloudy. Front desk "lady" acted like I was the problem for walking out when she did nothing about the blood on the door.

Ohohoho lord let me tell ya!! When I see the phrase "cityview" I was skeptical but I was like whatever Imma book it. Jokes on me when I received the room, opened the curtains, it was a freaking building name list board so misleading!! The room size was okay, it's not that small. Interior decor was weird with the yellow chair. AC was super loud! The room next to our room was having a party late at night, plus there was a bar right next door of La Quinta, our room wasn't soundproof!! You can imagine how insomnia we were. Our room was supposed to look out the pool. However, it was drained. And it's not the cleanest "dry" pool, there were dry leaves, trash, dirt all over the pool. Horrible!! Marijuana smells were all over the entire floor where we stayed! Bathroom was okay, spacious enough. They do have microwave and mini fridge but it was not cold enough. Will not stay here again!

We checked in late afternoon Saturday October 15th . Couple before us ask for extra pillows . They didn't have any . As I enter the elevator for room 322, I noticed there was a railing missing. As I settled in to the room , I'm ready to soak in the tub and use basin both had no stoppers . So no bath was taken .The plumbing after the shower kept making noises like water was still running . Noise was annoying . They offer to change us to another room but we were already settled in. Thank goodness the plumbing noise stopped before we called it a night . The room had a missing handle to bathroom and the toilet had a leak . We were given 1 towel each definitely not enough , they were thin and cheap . I had to go downstairs to grab extra towels . I mentioned that there were no basin and tub stoppers and they told me you have to ask for them thereat the front desk . I looked at them with an odd emoji look . They also don't have the extra laundry bags to put your dirty clothes . The room was nice enough and bed comfortable . I will not stay at the hotel again .The basic necessities weren't there and when you have to ask for a basin and tub stopper that's a little too much .

Nice up grades! The purple accent wall is too die for, my favorite color; the TV is large and in charge and the bathroom counter top was granite. The bedspreads are cute. There was a small breakfast buffet available from 7am-10am, great. The area is convient due to a great deal of restaurants and mall stores including Big Lots, Walgreen's, Target, Costco etc. I recommend this hotel for a great staycation.

If you don't want your debit card to be falsely charged than, I'd advice to stay away from here. We stayed for 1 night on 06/06/2022 with no issues because, the AC at our house had went out. When I arrive at home I noticed there was 2 charges totaling $240 from the hotel after checking out after already paying for our stay. I called to see what had happened because, our room was cleaned. I took the trash out and everything. They claimed it was a mistake, and would give me a refund that I'll get back in 5 business days. My bank had overdraft in the amount of -$211 so, now I had to pay for overdraft fees of $34 each day until I received my money back that weren't even my fault and the little $30 I had left I no longer had. I'm livid with this place. We hand over our debit cards to be put on file if something goes wrong, and they betrayed that trust 100%. It's my belief they weren't even going to refund the money until I called because, they acted shocked at their own actions. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Some travelers stay in hotels more frequently than others. It isindeed a rare occurrence when you get much more than what you pay for. Such an occurrence took place when I stayed at the LaQuinta Cityviewin Fort Worth.This hotel is managed by a conscientious team; it shows at the point ofentry. A well-appointed lobby stands out; check in and then gostraight to the room. Hallways are meticulously maintained, the staffis friendly and knowledgeable.While the Covid scare has the majority of us deeply concerned, thisparticular hotel has ridden out the pandemic with poise and grace. Ourgroup posed a significant logistical challenge. The staff handled thesudden influx of quirky characters professionally and expediently.It is quite evident that this hotel is a textbook example ofexceptional hospitality management. Their above-and-beyond performance should be vigorously commended.

I have been here nearly 3 months. All the staff has been competent and kind. The location is great and I feel very safe. Front desk is covered 24 / 7 which I greatly appreciate.The room is clean and quiet. I have a rare blood disease that requires as pure an environment as possible. My symptoms have greatly improved since coming here after fleeing a very toxic retirement complex where I was very ill.It is dog friendly and Sammi is very comfortable staying here. The grounds are well maintained and litter is almost non-existent. My room is clean and comes with a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The guests are all respectful and courteous. I made one noise complaint in 70 days and it was handled perfectly.Whenever I request my room to be cleaned, it is done on time and everything is fresh and restocked. All staff have been very friendly and so very helpful. Everything in my room works well. This stay has been most pleasant and frankly very healing. I highly recommend LaQuinta at Cityview.

DO NOT stay at this hotel! I stayed here because we were traveling with our dog and know la quinta to be pet friendly. We booked a king bed and after leaving once and coming back we checked the door before leaving again and found the electronic lock wasn't working. We told the front desk and were told there were no other kings available in all four floors. So we were given a two full bed room. Both rooms had heavy dust but that isn't the biggest problem. After trying to make sure we wouldn't get charged for the king room we were told the manager had to approve it. We stayed from Friday night til Sunday morning and were always "just missing" the manager. I've worked with expedia and called the hotel several times and the manager is never in. Not to mention they apparently rented out our room with the broken door again on Saturday! They double dipped and have not replied to expedia or me about changing my fees. This hotel is shady as hell, I've reported the issue to my CC company and they are investigating. Do not let them take your money!

Good clean location. But...... every time I come the breakfast is BURNT. LIKE inedible type of burnt. Then the breakfast guy is always sitting around on his phone which makes me wonder if that is why the food is always burnt. I come for work and enjoy this location because the staff are always friendly and I feel comfortable. This is a HUGE disappointment though. Please is you see this fix the breakfast

I stayed here for over a week. The property is clean and maintained well. My stay was great. However, when I checked out, the person at the desk did not have on a mask. When I pointed this out as well as numerous signs she said she couldn't find hers. There us a mandatory mask policy in Fort Worth at this time. If the manager cannot ve bothered to wear a mask then I would have to assume she us just as lack with the rules as her employees. By the way, there was a CVS across the street where she could have gotten a mask before work She just didnt bother. If you value your health don't check into this hotel in a pandemic.
