(Whoever left my bill, left it in the hall on the floor with all my personal information. Could've kept it if it couldn't go under the door.)Front desk staff is very warm & welcoming. Most affordable pricing in area and LQ has always been my go-to hotel brand. Microwave & Fridge in room. The only downsides are: They're still not doing the breakfast, the shower curtain needed replacing, and the furniture is old. The sofa in my room looked too disgusting to even touch and the bed felt like they placed a bunch of covers under the sheet to alleviate the "sinking" feeling. (Could be a quality thing because the LQ in LA had the same sorry bed.) I booked the room to lounge around and relax but the bed too uncomfortable to lay in all day. I'd book again though just not first option. I recognize my discomforts are probably a "chain" issue so I only took 1 star ;)

Top pick with dogs!We stayed in two La Quinta hotels on our cross country trip and this one was remodeled and very nice. Beautifully redone, staff were exceptional and very professional. The young woman at the front desk even called to see what time we were arriving to make sure everything was all set for our arrival. The room was much bigger and very clean and bright. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of driving and right before bed. They were very accommodating to my two large dogs. They provided dog waste bags and receptacle and had large grass areas for them. The free Breakfast the next morning was delicious and they had so many options to choose from! Beautiful setting and everyone was great.Would highly recommend staying here with or without dogs!

My niece was scrambling to find a place to hold her wedding rehearsal dinner after she found out the day of rehearsal that she couldn't have it at her original location due to a staff member that had contracted Covid. I called and asked Vinny Patel at the front desk if they had a conference room that could be available within two hours and he did. He allowed us to come view the room, reserve it and then said they would have tables and chairs set up in time for us to decorate and set up food. We then dashed off to get some quick decorations and came back to set up. When the food was delivered, we discovered that we didn't have serving utensils, so Mr. Patel found some for us in their kitchen. He also said they would clean them once we finished our dinner. They had a beautiful flower arrangement in the lobby that they allowed us to use, as well. My niece and her fiancé had a wonderful rehearsal dinner as a result of the hotel's willingness to go above and beyond at such short notice. Great customer service and would highly recommend!

The room was very clean, and comfortable. Low water pressure and no hot water, warm at best.There was a lot of noises from floor above. Things did not get quite, until midnight. I know hotels have little control over guest behavior, but this was bad.

I'm a rewards member and huge fan of LQ. This location was less than average. The staff was amazing. However, The pet area was located inconveniently. The air conditioning didn't keep up with the 90° overnight temp. And the bed was lumpy and I had a horrible night's attempt at sleep.

This is the 2nd visit to La Quinta in Burleson in 12 months, and it was one too many. I walked into the room and found a smelly, dirty man's sock on the floor next to all the paper bits. Clearly this room has not been thoroughly cleaned between guests in a LONG while. In the bathroom, I found a penny on the floor under the sink, brown specks that appear to be dirt (or termites/bugs) in the corner, and an extra, old toilet roll holder (the one holding toilet paper still in place) stuck to the dirty base of the toilet. There's some green, empty pod visible behind the television. I called the front desk before I left for work this morning, asking they make a note to thoroughly clean the room. Either the message wasn't conveyed or these people just don't care. Toilet roll holder, weird pod, and bits of paper remain. The sock was gone, but only because I'd tossed it in the trash. There's a possibility they don't own a vacuum, but whatever the reason, they don't deserve another chance. I'd reserved a room two weeks from now and I'll be cancelling it, even if I have to drive to Fort Worth to get a decent place.

Terrible experience. Power went out about 830 and the hotel personnel did not even care. She was more upset that she had to get off her personal phone call and call the fire department to rescue the guy stuck in the elevator. Did not even call the power company that there was no power. Had to sleep with no power and it was hot, had to cancel my business meetings today because I couldn't take a shower this morning or get prepared. The front desk laughed at me when I asked for a refund. This hotel has absolutely no concern for the health,safety or welfare of the guests. The fire department did rescue the guest not the employee (2 fire trucks and 7 firemen) We did ask for other accommodations but were told that La Quinta does not do refunds if we go somewhere else and that the power would be back on at 1am.
