La Margarita

Friendly service and great food for our large 15 person dinner. Would go again when in town.

Ambiance was good, service was meh and staff was ok, not overly friendly. We got the mucho plato with a variety of stuff to try. Meat was tender, wasn't a big fan of the red tomato sauce on the ribs. Chips and warm salsa was very good. $8 for a small margarita was a little steep IMO.

Food was delicious. Service was courteous and efficient. Definitely recommend. Very authentic.

Deliciously solid dining experience! I had the Pollo Maria and husband had the chicken fajitas. Both were excellent choices and tasted great. Salsa and chips were served warm and were also delicious, and the service was attentive. This was my first time to eat here, and I'll definitely be back!

Prices are super reasonable. Food is great. Service was pretty good, a bit slow on the drink and chip refills. Otherwise was good. We will be back tortilla soup was fantastic. Chicken fajitas was a huge portion and very flavorful.

Came here for a late lunch while we were in the area. Prior to today we hadn't been here since around 2010. We were greeted and seated immediately upon entry. The atmosphere is vibrant in color and nicely laid back. The restrooms were also brightly colored, well lit and clean. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Our food came out quick and was so good. Everything was seasoned really well and a good temperature. I was so happy that my fond memories of this restaurant weren't tarnished and the food / service was just as good as before. I'd certainly come back here again if we're in the area again.

My husband and I found this place in 2019 - we were in the area and stopped in after reading great Yelp reviews. Fast forward to 2024 and I had to come back while I was in town. The guacamole is super tasty, I call it the legendary guacamole. I recommend all the things!

LaMargarita never disappoints! My nephew had to wait on his window tint over at a car dealership in Irving so I picked him up. He said he was hungry for Mexican food so I zipped him over to LaMargarita for lunch. I was sad I had already eaten because I sure would have gotten the Polo Maria, they're specialty dish. It's amazing.The nephew ordered the chicken quesadilla and the dish is HUGE for only $14! That quesadilla was so packed with gooey cheese and tender seasoned chicken. The guacamole was fresh and so tasty.Meals come with chips and fresh salsa. The salsa had great flavor with just the right amount of spice. I'm definitely doubling back in June for that Polo Maria and some guacamole with my chips. Great service overall. Don't let the strip center location fool ya, the inside is very stylish and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable.

Was looking for a new restaurant for my birthday lunch and came across La Margarita. I ordered their lunch special and unfortunately it gave me food poisoning! I had two enchiladas, one beef and one cheese, and a beef taco with rice and refried beans. I was sick for 2-3 days, and don't think I'll be going back. Super unfortunate because my husband's food (the chimichanga dinner meal) was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great as well.

I don't usually do recommendations on yelp, but I had to. I just walked in by chance, and then I looked at the menu, and I was amazed at the choices. And then I started eating, and the guacamole, salsa was amazing. And I ordered the stacked enchiladas.the black beans the rice the sauces everything right on point. And the value is amazing.And the service was great as well. Very friendly staff. I'd recommend this place 10 out of 10.
