So the cashier forgot to put some chilles in my bad (cost like 2.45) and I tried to go back and get the same amount and they made a big hassle saying that had to check the cameras etc.

Get Beef fajitas, must order at register and then get food from back. I don't like the long lines and it will be warm in there, but food is great. You can also order for a large party. They have all types of food. My husband loves the soup.

The food looks good and it smells great when you walk in. I most go there for their produce and fajita meat. It's fantastic and very reasonable.

I had the worst experience here in their kitchen. The ladies in the kitchen are always upset and talk to customers badly. They gave me a big container of salsa for my 2 tacos, I was dipping my tacos in the container and when I was done the lady asked me to give her the salsa back to give to other clients. They are disgusting!

Where do I start...I have been going to Azteca for months now and every time I go I seem to run into an issue wether it's with the cashier or the lady's behind the counter. Let me make this clear before I start this review. I DO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND SPANISH. You're probably wondering why I brought that up. Let me take you back to the first time I went there. First time in town and was really on the search of some dope tacos. I order at the cashier, no problem. Super sweet lady. I finally get to the counter and the lady is yelling things about my food at me. Like would I like onions and cilantro. When I say yes,she rolls her eyes at me and puts it on. Proceeds to forget my rice and beans and hurry's me out of the line. All while saying"oh he doesn't understand Spanish" and "why is this guy being an asshole". Second time I go I get into an issue at the cashier. I ask her for the medium size of rice and she sucks her teeth and proceeds to continue asking me if I want the small size. Then won't let me purchase a soda after I get my tacos. An argument at the register. Same issue at the counter. Lady's sucking their teeth. Rolling their eyes and talking trash. Oh to top it all off. The lady asked if I wanted everything on the tacos and then didn't put any of it. Third time. Oh this ones the kicker. I walk in around closing. I walk into an empty register line and patiently wait as the lady finishes with someone in front of me. In the process of me waiting, three individuals get in line behind me. I proceed to ask if the kitchen is still open so I could order dinner and she very very rudely interrupts me and asks if I am in line. I tell her yes. And she's like then go to the back of the line and wait. I told her I was in line first and the people got in line after and she ignores me and tells me to go, go to the back of the line now! Ruined my whole evening and I walked out without food or any purchases. I advise you STRONGLY. Do not give that store your business or your money. They will be very rude and talk about you in Spanish because they think you don't know. In 2019 with all the racism and hate in this country, Hispanic on Hispanic crime is at an all time rise. SHAME ON YOU AZTECA, SHAME. I will be letting everyone I know to not visit your store. Maybe next time someone that looks like me walks into your store you'll treat them with the same respect you do as everyone else that walks into that establishment.

Good place to come and get your stuff to make dinner or just grab something from their kitchen area I would recommend the torta all day.

Shhh. $13/lb carne asada, fully marinated and cooked well done. It's to die for. Pay at the cashier first, then get it in the food line. Ask for onions and cilantro otherwise you ain't getting any.

bad service. I made line to pay and to get food. When I came to the line to get the food they told me that there wasn't the food I ordered and she told me that she was gonna give me something else just to pay the 1 lb difference and I did. When I came back she only gave me 0.5lb of fajita which got me very disappointed because I payed the difference so I told her to give me my money back but the manager came and only gave me back how much the fajita cost not my taxes. The manager also didn't show up to at least say sorry or something this is very unprofessional, he gave me my money back in cash and I payed with card which doesn't make any sense.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Called in advance to ask if I could make a return for items that were almost $5 more than another grocery store, they told me yes and when I got there they said I bought from one of THEIR "other" locations so I couldn't return it. Won't be back!
