Kyoto Hibachi Sushi & Bar

Can't tell you how many times I've been here because it is my go to sushi place since it opened. You get great quality sushi for a competitive price. Friday and weekend nights tend to be busy but the sushi bar is open seating and the chefs always have great service.

It's family friendly and it has very good food we will be coming back very soon. They took us (party of 6) right in, without any hassle about reservations

My kids love hibachi so for their birthdays that's usually what they want. We like to try new hibachi places around and have yet to find a decent one. They were very accommodating of our large party and got us all sat together. To my surprise, the food is pretty good for hibachi. The hibachi chef was ok, he didn't do much tricks and engaging but he was very nice. I'm not mad about it because wow, there were only 3 or 4 of them and they were going from table to table non-stop. Must be tiring so I feel bad. I'm glad the food was good though so I'm definitely coming back.

Love the happy hour and lunches here, wish drinks were a little better. The staff is nice and fish is good for the price

I finally found the Japanese cuisine I've been looking for and grew up with in Oakland and San Francisco. The service was top notch and the ambiance is spot on. Clean, quit and amazing food. We had the Lunch Sushi and sashimi plate. Next time I'm going for dinner and having a meal with the hibachi show experience.

I ate here for the first time today and really enjoyed it! I came during the lunch hour and was seated immediately. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I ended up getting the miso soup, house salad and the ahi tuna tower lunch special and I thought all of it was fantastic. I noticed a few patrons next to us that ordered some rolls and they came with cute little bonsai looking trees...thought that was such a fun touch! Can't wait to come back with the kids!

I loved the look and atmosphere of this restaurant inside. We ended up with hibachi, a sushi roll and a poke bowl. Hibachi was a huge portion. Poke was a little on the smaller side for the price. Overall it was a good experience.

Worst experience. Made a reservation 2 weeks ago for tonight for 5 at 7:00. Got to the front and they said all seating was full and they had no idea when we could get seated. I said we have a reservation. But that did not matter. They keep telling me there are people before us on the waitlist. I'm said I'm not on the waitlist I had a reservation. Stay away from this place. Horrible customer experience.

The power went out while we were here trying to celebrate a birthday. We got to eat our delicious dinner by flashlight. At the end, they brought out a little slice of cake and a huge sparkler. The staff made the entire experience memorable and completely saved the day.

The food is great and the staff works hard. I've been here twice, both during holidays and it was impressive to watch them manage the expectations of customers all while providing excellent service and great food.
