Kvc Play

My kids loved this place. It was nice to have a spot where they could run around and have fun that was enclosed and easy for me to supervise. This establishment is large enough for the kids to explore and have fun without getting bored. There are slides, obstacle courses, wall climbing, manually operated carousels, trampolines, foam pits, and ball pits. I would recommend this for kids ages 3-10. There are snacks (chips, cotton candy, sodas, etc.) available for purchase but we brought our own water bottles from home. The staff was friendly. For about $12 per child you can get unlimited play. We stayed for about 2 hours. My only complaint is the seating for parents. The chairs are either bent or broken and not very supportive. They should invest in sturdy benches rather than the seating that they currently have. I ended up standing the entire time that my kids played.

We went for a class and the employer didn't open the building until the class started. She did not allow the instructor enough time to set up. The employee had 0 time to de-sanitize so the place was extremely dirty. She also brought her kid to work because she was called in last minute.

We came here for a birthday party and it was AMAZING! We had a blast! Canesia the manager and all of her staff, Alizae, Arlett and Jermaia were SUPER nice and accommodating!

I come here because my kids ask for it. It's a cute concept but needs improvement. I do like that on Wednesdays it costs $9 and I only come this day for the value.Sadly, it's pretty filthy. Floor pads are visibly dirty and my kids socks turn black by the time we're finished. Lots of dust and hair in corners and I've never seen any employees cleaning anything all of the times I've been here. My biggest concern is that beneath a large slide they have used it as a dump/junk zone. I told the owner months ago that there is a major hazard and nothing has changed. There's a spinning toy that goes pretty fast and a hard metal fixture behind the mesh. If a kid lost their balance that could be a serious injury. While it is tucked away. It's still accessible to children and needs to be safer.Could be great, but needs ALOT of work. I hope they consider improvements

This was my first and last time here. As soon as we walked in there's paper on the walls that's ripped. The mats are visibly dirty. The balls in the ball pit don't look as if they've ever been cleaned. The whole place just looks pretty cheap. The foam by the trampoline looks like they've all been chewed and they're dirty. Lots of misplaced items that can easily be picked up to make the place seem more organized. Visible metal chains showing. There's dust and hair all over the place (again, suggesting it's hardly ever cleaned)If you're looking for another indoor playground, i highly recommend BB Piñata off Jefferson. It's the same vibe but so much cleaner and nicer.

This place is fun don't get me wrong for toddlers. But it was my first time going I paid then 10 minutes later they started announcing they were going to close at 4:30 due to a party which is fine but I paid 30$$$$ for this and it would of been nice for the employer to tell me my kids were only gonna play just a few minutes wouldn't of wasted my money and gotten a refund !!!!!!

Daughter took my 5 yr old grandson on a Saturday evening, said it was not very clean. Smelled like weed. And not a place to go back to.
