Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

This is my kid's favorite spot to go. They love grabbing the sushi they want and ordering items to be sent on the conveyor belt.Tonight, we came in and the manager, Sean, went above and beyond for my family. My kids lit up when Sean brought one of the prize eggs to their table along with an item for me that recently went off the menu (due to popularity of other items). It's hard to find great service these days, but Sean is the employee every business wishes they had.I will continue driving 20 minutes to this spot specifically because of how great Sean was tonight.Thank you!

Came in and sat immediately, awesome. First thing I noticed is the odd smell. Not like sushi or fish just off. Placed drink order, waited 5 min, nothing. Server comes over and messes with the tablet then asks what we want and walks off. We notice it's not too busy but the revolving sushi has basically nothing on it because we were sat so far away and things weren't being put out or people were grabbing it. When we asked our server if they would be putting out more food he stumbled over his words saying they were busy. No. They weren't. We could have been sat closer as well. He said they weren't going to be making a lot more food or of each roll. We drove from south Fort Worth to come up here. An hour drive. We decided to leave before we got our drinks. If you can't handle the volume of people, maybe the owners should look at downsizing or putting a cap on occupants.

A missed opportunity for a fun Japanese novelty. I originally came here earlier this year during opening week to a rather frustrating experience. Feeling some sympathy for understandable teething issues, I decided to wait a while before passing judgment. I returned this past week after hearing positive experiences from others. I'm happy to say that the original frustrations I experienced have certainly been much improved. The kitchen staff are able to keep the conveyor belt adequately stocked, and special order items are delivered promptly. The food always tastes fresh, and the fish appears to be of high quality. The value, however, leaves much to be desired. One area needing significant improvement is the Gen Z staff; they certainly need some training in their communication skills. When I entered the restaurant there was no wait and many tables remained unoccupied. No fewer than four staff members walked by without any acknowledgement or greeting. The host was busy on her cell phone for a few minutes before finally seating us. Once seated, little attention was given during our time. Despite the charming ambiance and good quality food, there are other sushi options which offer a much better value for your dollar.

I came here comparing it to traditional restaurants like this in Japan and i must say kura does great. Outside of prices being more expensive, USA of course, everything was great. We were immediately seated when coming in and they offer an easy way to put yourself on the wait list ahead of arriving there as well. Every toll is $3.45 and they make it easy to order specific ones you want if you don't see them on the main conveyor. They have robots that bring your drinks as well very quickly and efficiently. We asked our granddaughter where she wanted to eat and she said this was her favorite place. We were seated right away and the waiter did a good job explaining how to order and pick our plates from the rotating belt. We ate alot and enjoyed each or our selected plated. Aside from it taking way too long to bring our drinks we had a great time, and ate some really good sushi.

I've been twice since this Kura location opened and it's still one of my favorite revolving sushi bars! The wait time here on a Saturday night around 7 was nonexistent! The wait staff were attentive as needed. There were plenty of options of sushi coming around to choose from and then ordering from the menu screen to have items delivered directly to your table is fairly fast too. The quality of this fish here is amazing! The consistency in the freshness flavors is there every time I visit Kura! The overall atmosphere and location of this Kura is great and convenient to get to from the highway. It's a great place to go with family, a date, or even solo!

Neat and fun concept. Yummy food. Definitely great date night fun. A really great way to try new things and a new experience. We'll definitely be back!

KURA!! I don't look for perfection, but I do want improvement. The cleanliness is still an issue. I'm assuming, that when they close, they only do the bare minimum. Before they open, they don't do extensive spot checks and it shows. All they need to do is look under every table, and they'll see the droppings and spills collected throughout the day and mop it up. At least, that's what I'd expect. The food, I still have no complaints. The customer service was back to what I had known it to be, great. We met one of the chefs and had a nice conversation with him, I appreciate their work. From the time they open, until they close, I can only imagine how hard they work. We usually like to get there right after they open, the traffic usually starts to pick up at noon on the weekends. By twelve-thirty, they're already adding to their waitlist. The food is always presented well, and the quality of the food is always enjoyed.

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is located in Euless, TX, offering great sushi in a fun filled family environment involving a conveyor sushi bar!We came by on a Sunday during lunch time, expecting it to be a full house, but surprisingly, there were plenty of empty booths and azero wait time. As we sat down, we quickly browsed the menu on the tablet screen to see what was all offered. We placed our drink orders of just water, and within minutes, a robot came to our table delivering water. As we sat down, we saw many dishes of plates pass us with succulent pieces of fish and rice. We waisted no time and started taking the dishes we liked from the revolving sushi bar. We took many plates, including tuna, salmon, and eel. My personal favorite was the seared salmon with mayonnaise and cream cheese. I also enjoyed the premium plates of Toro, which is the flesh from the belly of tuna. We also ordered a miso ramen, which came out and was topped off with a soft boiled egg and thin slices or pork chasu. The noodles were al' dente and had a nice snap back while the broth was nutty and flavorful.We always enjoy our time at Kura when it comes to food and service. They do an excellent job inside the kitchen as well as on the service floor. I just wish I could eat 28 plates or more to get a second prize from the machine, considering it took us 14 plates to get a single prize. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying different items and other styles of ramen such as the tonkotsu ramen or soy sauce ramen.

Love, love, love this place! Amazing sushi, fantastic, courteous service, and a fun ambiance. Based on a popular restaurant concept in Japan, you are seated next to a conveyor belt with delicious sushi items going by you. You can grab something off the belt or from an electronic menu. Your drinks are delivered by an adorable little robot. Highly recommend! It's now one of my favorite restaurants.
