My son shot a deer and had it processed here. What an amazing place to have your game meat processed. Really happy with what they offer. They have the discipline of the food down to a science. Kuby's was established in 1961. After nearly 60 years in business they have perfected the process. All the meat we had processed with Kuby's was cooked. We ordered bratwurst, spicy breakfast links, hunters stick, smoked link, and a venison salami (jalapeño/cheese), it's all shamefully delicious! Everything comes in large bags that has colored twisty ties. Those ties tell you what you have in the bag. Anyhoo, We got some incredible meats. I'm using my Cabala's commercial grade sealer to seal 50 plus lbs of processed food. I think this will be an all nighter to seal it all.2017/37

As the previous reviewer stated this is THE place to get your game processed. You can find other processors in and around the metroplex that are cheaper but from my experience none that are better or offer more variety of sausage. Besides sausage Kuby's will cut steaks, filets, and just about any cut that you would like as well as offering tenderizing. They also does a great job of making ground venison/elk, etc with the option of adding 5% beef fat or not. All of the sausage is pre-cooked except the breakfast sausage and the Italian Sausage. The standouts for me are the Bratwurst (Go figure them being German), The Hunter Sticks, and the Jalapeno / Cheese Salami. Kuby's does do jerkey however don't expect typical thin type beef jerkey... this is really thick and slightly peppered. I have taken many different types of game and have never had an issue. The only thing that comes to mind as a minus is that they used to offer tamales as an option (deer season only) however as of this year it is no longer offered.

There's No Tellin' what you'll see hunters dropping off @ Kuby's! The Hunter Sticks & Jalapeno Cheese Smoked Sausage are my favorites! I do miss the Vinson tamales they used to offer. They were so good! By Far, Kuby's is the BEST place to have your game processed! Try Kuby's, you won't be disappointed. Can't beat the Great Service, either! I dropped a ram off here to make sausage and had 2 types made hot link and chipotle pepper jack. The wait time was expected about 2 weeks which Isn't bad being the holiday season and in Dallas. I had my brother pick up the sausage for me because I was out of town and when I came how to see it I was in COMPLETE shock. It was 2 plastic bags filled with the sausage I had ordered only it was sealed by a twist tie, are you freaking serious?! The sausage link were all frozen together in one big ball and was covered in frost!! I don't understand how they do not vacuum seal the sausages like every processor I have been too in the past, but just carelessly throw it all in a bag and in toss it in a freezer. That is just some incredibly lazy and corner cutting effort if you ask me. I had to partially thaw it out and separate each of the paired links in ziplock bags because I do not have a vacuum sealer, I depend on the good processors to have it already done. I will definitely not be using these guys, it sucks because they are the only game processor in Dallas. The sad part is I'm sure their business is always booming due to their location but I definitely won't ever recommend this place to anyone.

We chose to go with the venison butterfly fillets, venison cutlets, and jalapeño cheddar salami. Best venison our family had ever tasted. We had them tenderize it and it was definitely tenderized perfectly. When I received it wrapped in butcher paper and it was very clean with no blood and looked excellent. I cannot reiterate enough about how impressed I was with how it was packaged and how good it tasted. I will be bringing in all my wild game to be processed here. Customer for life. Thanks Kubys.

I took a lot of wild hog meat here. Our first time experience hunting hog as well as taking to a meat processor. Our guide way out in Centerville, TX recommended Kuby's, and we're glad they did! David, Justin, Johnathan, and Alex were so kind and patient, as I asked many questions. Justin even stayed after his day was over to explain what I needed to know to get the best processing and the meat fixed the way I wanted! That sure made an impression! 13 days later, my order was ready to pick up, and the guys loaded my big order into my car.The Fajita sausage was very good. Our favorites were the Regular Hot (Not really hot at all, but lots of flavor!) Summer Sausage, the Jalapeño Cheese Summer Sausage, and the hog bacon! WOW! Can't wait to try the breakfast sausage. We're using a ham they cut up for Thanksgiving.The place was very clean, the guys were friendly and knew what they were doing. The prices are fair, compared to others I've checked, and I will certainly recommend them to my friends and clients. A+

Processed my deer (pl.) in 3.5 weeks and everything turned out excellent. Great service and selection of products to choose from. They've been around Dallas for a long time and they know what to do. You can't go wrong at Kuby's to process your game.

For over 35 years I've used Kuby's. I even used to air express frozen meat to them when I was out of state. David has created a unique computer program that assures the butchers get accurate instructions and are able to track your order. You get the animal you take in . This isn't some small part time operation, it's a highly organized profession plant. I have friends that fight over getting their sausage and salami when I share. They are diligent about how roast etc. are butchered. The smokers are industrial custom made in Germany.Someone complained about the smoked links casing being tough . Don't grill just simmer in water they are very flavorful.

I keep bringing every hog I shoot here and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend getting game meat processed here especially hog meat. Get the jalapeño cheddar sausages made. I have never brought a whole animal here, only deboned meat so I am not sure how they do with that.
