** my daughter convinced me to try grocery pick up again. And once again, guess what? My groceries weren't ready. I was supposed to pick up today, Friday, between 5-5:30 pm. They called and told me TOMORROW between 9-10am. So utterly unacceptable. I told him as such because we will be in Dallas all day and he offered to cancel the order. That is literally the best they've got. Truly done with this place.

This store is so easy to get in and out of and i usually stop in for things i need while on lunch since i work in the area. It's easy to find things which is not something you readily find as most stores tend to move things around. Use your plus card to maximize savings and get gas perks.

This Kroger is IMPRESSIVE. I have heard people talk about it and happened to be in the area, today. It is HUGE. Like the size of a Super Target. It was clean, well lit, and they have clothing! Their personal care section was really nice, makeup, shampoo, etc. There is also a toy section. I have never seen a Kroger like this. With all that, you come to the grocery store got groceries. The wine section was large and had lots of variety, the meat counter was clean and there was no smell of fish, and they have an impressive prepared food section. They also have a salad bar! I thought the produce section was a little lacking, unfortunately. Also, I had a question and could not find an employee. They looked to be a bit understaffed. This is a fairly new location and sometimes those kinks take a bit to work out. All in all, I was impressed. And possibly a little overwhelmed.

This is my "Go to" grocery store in Arlington. It has an impressive selection of wine, beer, and thy have a great deli, with lots of choices, and a very, above average cheese selection. The bakery is large, and they have a nice salad bar, and entree choices you can choose from. It's such a large store for me, I always start to the right of the store for household goods, and work the middle for dry goods, and than head to the back for dairy, and head left for my meats, hit the beer and wine selection, finish up in the bakery section, deli and cheese area is next, followed by the produce section, and check out.That pattern works for me, and I learned after my first couple of times shopping here, I needed a strategic shopping plan.And as a bonus, their gas station is close, too!

Seriously, add some cashiers. Being corralled into a human mosh pit to checkout your own groceries is completely dumb and a major hassle. I find myself shopping across the street more often these days, unless there are specific products like "Crazy Water", which you have failed to stock in proper amounts. Y'all have a great store, great products, and good staff, so hire more of them and drop the checkout automation, it's dumb. Maybe you should get some robots to put away the carts. That automation might help.

I love this store. I am handicap and three are ALWAYS available moble carts to use. They have a large deli and meat dept. They are very helpful and kind employee's.

Micheal in the Meat and Seafood Department was beyond kind and helpful to me when I visited today! He went above and beyond for what was simply asked of him! Thank you Micheal!

I still like this store but I had an affair with one of the managers here. Unfortunately I won't be going to this location because the one of the managers here gave me an std. Probably because she cheated on me. I blame who ever hired her for allowing her to pass a personality test. And yes this is messy but my heart is broken and I'm stuck with something that I didn't ask for, for life.

They allow their stockers to blare VULGAR rap music while people are still shopping. Tons of F bombs, p***y, etc. Totally inappropriate to allow someone to blare that through a speaker while customers are trying to buy ridiculously priced groceries.Pharmacy also sucks. If you get an Rx for an infection, don't expect the Rx for a couple days. Kroger used to be the nice place to shop. Not anymore.

Watch shelf price vs checkout price. Twice in a week asked for refund due to charge more at checkout. This item said 15.99 on shelf, rang up at 18.99. Customer service said sorry, cant adjust becuz its beer. Mngr was kind enuf to refund 3$.So, have to check receipts I guess, cant trust pricing.Also, self checkout software recently changed with integrated overhead camera. So slow now, I will only use manned checkouts.Kroger, shape up or lose us.
