It's been a minute since I've been to this kroger and I'm so glad I came in, it's been upgraded , beautifully stocked all the things are here ! The deli got a Re-Vamp! Gorgeous upgrades all over. Also shout out to the pickup crew! They have been amazing! I really appreciate this service ! So far the store was empty, it was a shoppers dream lol , but here I am letting you guys know... that it's pretty nice. Okay that's all for now .. buh bye!

You would think with all the competition in this part of Mansfield, this store would be on point with customer service...not the case whatsoever.There was a line at self checkout with to stations lights going off and no one around. When I got up to check out, one of the prices rang up incorrectly, ok take that off because the cashier couldn't figure out a solution. Then my coupon wouldn't work even though I had the correct product and the correct amount to buy. Oh and it was a KROGER coupon that I received the mail.I was over it at that point. I took back my coupons and walked out with nothing. So since the cashier couldn't figure out a solution, you get to restock my groceries, you made no sale and I won't bother coming back. The store had everything I wanted in stock so that was good but too bad they failed at the register. If I need to checkout myself, at least have competent help at self-checkout for when your systems fail.

I visit Kroger's stores at least 3 times a week for my groceries. Yesterday I visited this particular location at their busy time around 5 pm, hoping everything would go as smooth as possible and to say it was I was impressed. The checkout staff at lane 5, Caralyne at the register was cheerful and energetic. Shawn the bagger was also energetic and polite. I wish their would be more teenagers like them. Thank you Kroger for my successful visit. Also, awesome job Lauren on cleaning the windows, keeping the store looking clean especially in these pandemic times.

Worse Clicklist experience ever! I keep saying I'm done with them, but I keep giving them chance after chance. I shld not have to wait 1 hour for them to bring my groceries out, especially when I notified them on the app first that I was on the way. Three different employees came to my car to bring groceries that weren't mine. The service has gotten increasingly bad since COVID. I will no longer threaten to go elsewhere, I'm officially going to market street.

I love this Kroger but DONT USE MOBILE PICKUP I have a huge test tomorrow and I'm out of toliet paper. Said would be ready at 6, it's now 8:35. She called and said it won't be ready till 7:30 so I showed up at 7:45. Called me from inside saying it'll be another 30 mins. I told her to call me when it's ready and she hasn't yet so I called and after it ringing for 5 mins she answered told me she was busy and it was ready and hung up on me. Maybe hire more help idk

Once again, the Kroger cashier and/or cash register neglected to take off the additional discount (25%) when I purchased 6 bottles of wine today. The weekly sales flyer (Dec. 4-10, 2024) clearly reads "25% OFF ANY 6 BOTTLES OF WINE." This has happened on my last three attempts to purchase wine over the past few months! I have to go to the customer service desk to have my receipt total adjusted. It's a hassle! Get your act together, Kroger! Honor your sales ... and don't make your customers jump through unnecessary hoops.

Worst customer service from TAMMY a manager. I got milk that said was .99 cents. had the description that it was for half a gallon in tiny letters. When the cashier calls TAMMY, tells her that I thought the price was .99 instead of 3.89, she comes over and in a loud and rude voice says " no they're not". She never acknowledged me, didn't look at me. I told her take them off, upset she said "I am!" There was customers behind me. I didn't want to lower myself to her standards so I paid and left. I can see in the reviews that I'm not the only one who has complained about customer service. They have list Another consistent and loyal customer . I'm glad I don't own this place!! Terrible employees making the business loose money.

I went in today to grab lobster and crab from the seafood deli.I was met by an extremely rude woman rushing me and ignoring anything I had to say I wanted to pick the lobster I was buying so I pointed to the ones I wanted and she threw a hissy fit over helping me get the ones I wanted. I literally asked for 1 TAIL and let her pick the rest.I told her to have a good day and she rolled her eyes at me and started talking to the next person. She needs to be retrained or fired. I will never come back to this location and spend my money when I'm treated in such a manner when I was nothing but nice to her. This Kroger store at 3001 Matlock road is the worse grocery I've ever been to in the 45 years of my grocery shopping life. I've been to this store twice in 4 days and both times there were no shopping carts at the entrance and each time the manager treated it as a joke when I said something. The store is understocked and no excuse can explain this away, it's poor management. One star is even to good for this store.
