Serviceable hibachi on upper Greenville. This place can get PACKED on weekdays right around 630 but it's pretty empty by 8pm. The service is why I docked it a star but the food is tasty. The hosts and wait staff did not seem very hospitable at all. They almost seemed a little annoyed to be taking care of you but may have been an off nice for us.The food itself is quite tasty and the chefs do put on a great show. Our kids loved the fire display and we liked that they have a children's menu as well. The food can get pricey (chicken is a little over $20 and steak can easily get over $40). If you get apps and drinks you are looking at a hefty check. We had a group of 7 and that was enough to get us a private table which was super nice. All the food was delicious and they do a good job of making sure you get what you ordered and steaks cooked to the temps you wanted. Pro tip: get a lot of the yum yum sauce! Super delicious.

The actual location is a bit run down in a quiet neighborhood -very outdated. Upon entrance we were greeted and seated immediately. Our orders were taken immediately. The host was really nice and the person doing the hibachi part was awesome! It was a really great show and he was good at making the kids laugh. The food was sssoooo good! I loved everything i got -spring rolls and an avocado roll. I will definitely come back in the future!

We had a great lunch here recently. The fried gyoza was a great starter. The rolls (spicy salmon, yellowtail and shrimp tempura) were great. The service was excellent and friendly. The place is spacious. We can't wait to come back for hibachi.

Step right up to Kaze, where the sushi rolls pack a punch and the hibachi dinners are a feast for the senses! Our culinary journey had its ups and downs, starting with the Volcano Sushi Roll--good, but not quite fireworks-in-your-mouth great. Then came the Kaze Hibachi Dinner for two, and let me tell you, it was a taste sensation that had us grinning from ear to ear.But brace yourselves for the extra charges--fried rice and udon noodles come at a cost, folks! And the salad? Let's just say it was a sad little bowl of lettuce longing for some company. But oh, that dressing! It's the hero of the salad tale, making us wish there was more to drench in its deliciousness. As for service, well, it was slower than a snail on a leisurely stroll. But once the chef hit the hibachi grill, the show was on! With spatula flips and shrimp juggling, they entertained us like pros. Kaze, you've got your quirks, but when it comes to delivering flavor and fun, you're in a league of your own...even if we're still longing for a salad upgrade!

Very disappointed with my visit here, there are other locations that are much better! I'm learning that they're owned by different people. I always go to the mesquite location and love it but this time chose different due to me being nearby. First, I walked in during lunch for a hibachi meal and was met with dismay as I was alone (other locations seat me anyway and service me, also others soon follow to join the table) this wasn't an option. Secondly, prior to receiving my order, a small bug was walking across my table... looks to be a fly, that I had to smush with my napkin but even worse once my food arrived another fly was pestering me and I immediately had to leave. The guests that were seated after me, table wasn't even cleaned and they waited an excess amount of time to place their order. I also had to look around several times for assistance waitress (seems to be poorly understaffed) I couldn't properly enjoy my meal as I spent most of the time looking for assistance. I ordered a combination meal with double fried rice no veggies, I received the veggies and the double rice as they charged me for the second rice ( this is unusual at the other location when I ask to replace my veggies with more rice... there's no issue). And to top it all off, my order was mostly cold when I received it, I say mostly because the rice was kind of warm and the steak as well, kinda warm. The salmon was cold. Not to mention a tip was automatically added to my bill.Worst visit ever! Will not be returning to this location

Food was terrible, tasteless. Even the tea was weak and tasted like water. Portions were scant for the price. Just an FYI they add a minimum of 18% gratuity regardless. Probably because the food and quality of service is so poor they are aware the tips will not be forthcoming otherwise. They also do not tell you ahead of time about this mandatory tip. Basically, you're ripped off as soon as you eat. Will not be going back. Too many other good options elsewhere to spend my hard-earned money at such a poorly run establishment. This place has gone to the sh!tter since Mr. Lee sold it.

$140 for 2 dis hibachi and you Have To Pay tip. I've known this restaurant for nearly 10 years because it's close to my house. I'm certain that this restaurant falls short of a 3-star standard, yet the prices are sky-high, and you're obligated to tip no matter what. There's another issue when you order the Hibachi section; they used to include salad and miso soup, but now they make you choose, which is a cost-cutting measure. I wonder if they're cutting anything from your Hibachi portion because a Hibachi meal, including the tip, can go up to $70. Bad restaurant.

Service was really good! It was my first time visiting the restaurant and it was a great experience. The food came out better than I was expecting and had a few unique twists on it. I would definitely recommend.

Sadly a bad customer service experience. The point of sitting at the hibachi grill is the entertainment .... Well they were not having this tonight...... good only, no shoe, no how do you want your steak cook, nothing .... To make matters worse there was a burnt bug on the grill, the grip had not been properly cleaned. Further to this already mayhem, the table next to us saw a roach crawl out of their meat that had come from the back. At this point we all got up and left. Choose another hibachi grill.

So many great dishes to choose from! The Hibachi grill and chef is fun and really makes a party! Then the there's the private Karaoke if you want to take your Party there! The Sushi is always fresh and delicious. So much to choose from! The ambiance is first class with large windows looking out to Koi ponds and tropical landscape. We absolutely love this restaurant! Priced well too!
