Visited on a Saturday evening, the restaurant was not busy and we where promptly seated. You can order at the counter or scan a QR code and order with your phone. We opted to use the QR code, to familiarize with the menu. We ordered two combos and a K-Pop ramen. Food came fast. The appetizers, dumplings in a soy based soup was outstanding and the shrimp tempura were super crispy and flavorful. The ambiance was good, but not great, white lights and high rustic bar booths with really hard benches, music videos were being played on y TVs but you couldn't hear them. Also very little interaction with the staff as you order on your phone and not much was said when food was brought. The food was great, the ambiance was off so, and could be improved with a few changes. Loved the claw machine!

This was my first experience with K-pop Ramen, and it'll probably be my last. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.I mean, I don't even know where to startI ordered takeout. The lady over the phone told me it would be 20mins. I arrived there in 10. I waited for my food so my assumption was my food would be hot & fresh. I was so wrong!! My bulgogi sandwich was cold and the bun was thick and rigid like it's been sitting out all day. The French fries were dry and ice cold as if they had been cooked and left to sit until someone purchased them. And the shrimp tempura bao buns were AWFUL!!! There was a smell reeking from the shrimp tempura that made me gag. It smelled almost like a chemical. I couldn't tell if it was the sauce, the wilted green onion or the shrimp itself but the smell filled up my car and my kitchen. I only live 5mins from this establishment so there's literally no reason my food should've been cold by the time I got home and this smell is GOD AWFUL!! It smells almost ammonia like. I have a very strong tolerance for fast food and I'm usually more graceful in my reviews but this makes me want a new tongue. I will be calling for a full refund because this must be some sort of joke!!

8/10 Great!Very good, I got the garlic miso, he got the kpop ramen, we shared Korean chicken nuggets!Miso: 8/10 very flavorful, prices were decent, wish portion sizes were a bit bigger but it was lowkey fine for meKpop: 7/10 basically the same as the garlic miso but not as flavorful, still good!Chicken nuggets: 7/10 really really hot. Felt a bit overcooked (over fried) but still yum, I loved the sauce. It has everything there, just needs to blended a bit better

I have been wanting to try this place for sometime. Saw a few influencers post about it. I had my family with me and for the three of us I shelled out almost $85, that's pretty wild. That's really too much. Flavors were good but I'm the only one that was adventurous in trying some of the traditional food- the broth to my tonkatsu was tasty but there were alot of noodles- $15Egg rolls were not very tasty- family did not enjoy them. The chicken "nuggets" looked beautiful but needed a deeper savory flavor. The kids ordered chicken tenders and fries- I just felt like it was very expensive. We ordered some specialty drinks and two of us didn't finish because it didn't taste as fresh and was not our favorite. Very nice service and clean surroundings. Good options.

The location was recommended...there wasn't a wait to place the order. I ordered Korean chicken and rice...my daughter ordered a Ramen bowl. We waited about 15 minutes for our order to be done. Both items were filling and good. The environment was clean and quiet. The customer service was friendly. I would visit again.

First time dining here at the suggestion of Yelp! Latifah greeted Mom and me as we entered and explained the ordering process by three ways: 1.) order by scanning the QR code at the table, 2.) at the kiosk, or 3.) right at the counter. Brother/Sister Business. Joseph is the owner and very courteous and professional. Cute atmosphere with clean lines and a modern feel. TVs with KPop Videos playing in the background.I had already perused the Menu online and was thinking about the Lobster Fried Rice as a backup. I am well aware to avoid Ramen Places due to my adult onset severe mushroom allergy, so I was apprehensive (but at the same time, hopeful) that a substitution could be made to accommodate that - however unrealistic and unlikely that seemed at the time. I was delighted to know that mushrooms are not used anywhere in the restaurant. That immediately eased my anxiety. The Lobster Garlic Dry Ramen hit the spot for me and spice level 2 was just right. It contained two lobster tails and three shrimps, a poached egg (just be aware this is an additional charge), had that chewy texture and familiar, tangy, fermented flavor, was perfectly spiced, and slightly salty. The combination of chili garlic oil, fried onions, and green onions kicked it up a notch and delivered a punch to the taste buds. I appreciated the balance, contrast, and depth of flavors in this particular dish; it was the star of the show and absolutely followed through on presentation and execution. Mom ordered the Dumpling Ramen spice level 2 and said it was flavorful from start to finish. We will certainly return to try other Menu items on our next visit. We were both wowed by the Ramen here and will add this to our list of regular rotations.

The food is pretty bland. Lacking lots of flavor especially for $20 ramen. Had to walk up to register to have my food fixed twice. First time forget bok choy and second time forgot my egg. Third time forgot my egg. All the toppings that come in ramen are sold separate which is kind of weird. The host was pretty nice. Probably will never come back here again. Oni is 100% much better the tik tok reviews had to have been paid. Also had to ask for water & half of the menu items on the menu are t available to order. Leaving very hungry and annoyed.

This place was just ok in my book. It threw me off that they offer wings but no dipping sauces. Not even basic ranch. And their wing sauces were so vinegar-y. Way too much for my taste anyway. The ramen was good tho.

Me and my families first time coming here and everything was amazing. I had the K-pop ramen soup with spice level 4 and it has a nice kick to it. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing especially if you are a K-pop listener. 10/10 would would definitely recommend
