Great place for the kids. The new owner is fantastic and very nice! Can let the little ones run around without getting tired

Recently took my daughter here for a play date as a first time visitor. I think the place is cute with a visible view of the playroom for parents wanting to sit in the lounge area. I think the activities are more suited for children under 3. My daughter is a few days shy of 5, and although she had a great time it just appeared she was too big and active for this environment.

The jungle Jim has some area that are hard to reach. I noticed children were allowed to.leace with people not checked. Perhaps they were regulars but I did not trust the security. It be fair I am very cautious with my 3 year old. I expect tight security and very safe.play. I do no consider much of the place as safe from injury. The people are very nice and customer orientated. We will not be returning.

We found this place by surprise while getting my husband's hair cut in the same shopping center. My toddler son had a BLAST! It's a very small place so kids above the age of 5 would not enjoy this. I'm so glad it's rated more towards toddlers because they're small and sometimes play safer with other small toddlers. The ball pit was his favorite, seconded by the slides INTO the ball pit. I even went in with him. I live in Houston but look forward to stopping by the next time I'm in lewisville. Great place for toddlers! Bring socks.

This place is brand new! Due to COVID-19, it's host play session and control the people number at one time. They also required take temperature for my boy and me before get in. Follow great CDC and healthy guideline! Definitely come back with my son's best friends again!

My 6 year old daughter had her birthday party here and not only did she love it but so did all her friends. It's very simple but definitely keeps the kids busy. My 3 year old with Autism even had fun. The host were great and made sure the kids had fun too. I would recommend this place but don't expect a lot as I was thinking of other places that were bigger. Like I said, I would do it again!!!

We hosted a birthday party here and there are a ton of hidden and untold fees. First we chose the basic package so we could only have 10 kids and I'm the description it says free voucher for the party kid. Turns out that this is actually for a future play time and they get counted in the 10. So you are paying for your kid and 9 others. Siblings also go into this. On the website it says that crawlers are free. However they tried to charge me for each crawler. $20 a kid. They took it off once I made a fuss but another hidden fee. They add an unreal amount of gratuity even though the help is not nearly the amount that goes in. Again untold to us that we could be paying 15-20%. They tried to charge me for 17 kids over and over and I had to go around and count to prove that we only had 13 kids. That's $80 extra that was trying to get added. Several balls in the pit were crushed. The party itself was very overpriced and lots of hidden charges at the end. Would not recommend for a party.

Jungle Castle, the owner Corey, and his staff (Jessica & Teagan) were a 10/10. Absolutely AMAZING! They were all so kind and accommodating. Extremely patient. They literally have everything you need. They carried things to and from my car. They served everyone when it was time to eat. They have baby wipes in the play area (if you have a toddler, you know how important this is lol). I checked around to so many places and this place BY FAR had the best customer service and deal on a birthday party for my 2 year old. We got everything we needed in our package, which also included the room being fully decorated before we arrived. We had such an amazing time! It's literally the perfect play place for small children. I can't wait to go back!

The setup was amazing! The staff and Corey did an absolute amazing job! My daughter had her 2nd birthday party here and had an absolute time! Thank you all! We really had a great time! The bubble party, the kids loved it so much! The slide was my daughter's favorite! Thank you all for making this day so special for her!!
