Family owned & operated. We take 3+ deer a year to them. Tim, Dana, and their entire staff are always friendly, personable, and helpful. Their prices are more than fair. Turnaround time is well within reason. My entire family enjoys our interactions. Recommend 100%.

Hello I picked up a venison processing and was only 27 lbs and was charged $ 153.50,, I know no grown deer only dresses out to 27 lbs, so I won't go back or recommend anyone to do business there, You can figure out the rest of what is really going on, I been Purchasing Venison processing from these people and this time is the last time , I am done !!!! NO STAR ON THIS REVIEW !!!

I don't know what happened with the other reviewer but I had a great experience at Joshua Deer Processing (JDP) here recently. I found myself with two deer after a managed land hunt last weekend on Super Bowl Sunday and my normal place was closed until Tuesday. So After seeing some reviews on various sources I made the drive to JDP. The gentleman was extremely helpful, helped me unload and decided on which cuts to get. Even cut my antlers off my buck and showed me how my deer would be packaged upon return. Turn around was fast, I know it's late season but still I dropped off on Monday, and was cooking my deer yesterday evening. The sausage alone is phenomenal and worth the drive. I ordered the breakfast mild, and the jalapeño cheddar polish sausage and I wish I ordered a lot more. Don't be afraid to give them a shot. I'm pretty sure my experience is the rule and that others is the exception.

GOD BLESS JOSHUA DEER PROCESSING!! The deer I shoot are LUCKY to end up here. All other deer should consider themselves unfortunate to find themselves anywhere else. The deer are practically jumping in front of the gun when they hear this is the place they'll be taken to!! That Tim fellow is SO nice - great stache. Don't even consider anywhere else!

Highly recommend these guys. Reasonable prices with flexibility for whole deer vs quarters, super quick turnaround, and some badass sausage. Got a great yield out of my small buck. They'll be my go to for as long as I'm in the DFW area.
