A TALE OF TWO MEALSDinnerJinghe is hands down the best AYCE sushi restaurant in the DFW area for dinner. They have HUGE sweet shrimp, perfectly seasoned with a dab of soy sauce. They have hokkaido scallop and blue fin tuna sashimi and chu-toro. Now, to be fair, you're limited to 4 sweet shrimp and 4 chu-toro nigiri but everything else is AYCE. Yum! The fish to rice ratio is very good and they use genuine Japanese fancy rice properly seasoned with vinegar. Everything is fresh and good. Their service staff is very attentive and they will get your food out quickly so the 90 minute limit is not an issue. The ambiance is set with adequate lighting, tasteful Asian decor and soft rock in English, not some foreign language. LunchLunch is half of the Dinner menu. Dinner is everything that lunch includes plus sashimi and more nigiri plus a few more fancy dishes. Lunch is just 3 choices of nigiri; smoked salmon, egg omelette and cooked shrimp. There is no sashimi for lunch, no chu-toro and no sweet shrimp. The rolls are just basic rolls: no fancy rolls for lunch. They have salmon, tuna and yellow tail rolls. The fish to rice ratio is fair. There is more rice for the less expensive lunch. They try to get rid of their fish odds and ends by putting it in their lunch rolls. It's still good and fresh, though. The chicken teriyaki is moist inside. Most Japanese restaurants make their teriyaki too dry. The beef sukiyaki is superb! It is fragrant and served in a hot stone bowl that makes the rice touching the bowl to be crisped. The beef in the sukiyaki is a tiny bit dry though and it does need a little more beef and/or a little less rice. I had a problem with the way my rolls were prepared (too much rice, not enough fish on the 3rd round. the 1st 2 rounds were fine), but the waiter immediately brought out properly made rolls and apologized. Customer service is how a restaurant handles mistakes as everyone makes mistakes, nobody is perfect. They handled it perfectly and this test of their customer service shows that they are on point and know what they are doing. Ambiance is the same at lunch as it is for dinner, soft rock music in English. In conclusion, this is the best Dinner AYCE sushi in DFW. It is unbeatable. For lunch, it is still good and is unbeatable in the local part of Dallas, but due to a little more rice in their lunch fish portions, I would not go out of my way and drive 45 min to eat here if I lived in Frisco or Denton. But if I'm in Dallas or Richardson, nearby, their lunch is unbeatable. Yum!

Fantastic all you can eat (AYCE) sushi experience, JingHe is THE place. The space may be small, it has an intimate and cozy vibe that makes you feel right at hotel lounge. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring you have the best dining experience possible.Every single dish was fresh, expertly prepared, and absolutely delicious. The attention to detail in both flavor and presentation is outstanding. Seared Salmon Sushi is an absolute perfection! This was hands down one of the best bites of sushi I've ever had. The seared salmon was buttery, smoky, and melted in my mouth. I could easily eat 20 pieces of this and still want more! Chutoro bluefin tuna is a must try! If you love rich, fatty tuna, chutoro is a dream. It was incredibly fresh, with the perfect balance of flavor and texture. Truffle Ponzu Tuna is next level Flavor! The truffle ponzu added an elegant umami kick to the fresh tuna, creating a unique flavorful bite. The rest of the menu is just as impressive, with a variety of nigiri, sashimi, rolls, and appetizers that showcase top tier ingredients and expert craftsmanship. Super clean & stylish bathroom, yes, even the bathroom stood out! They even have great hand soap.

I almost don't want to leave a review because it means I have to share this place, but also I want this place to stay open so here I am! This is my regular spot for go-to AYCE sushi, and it replaced my last spot straight from the get go. The nigiri is some of the best AYCE I've had, and it's usually the focus of our meals anytime I come. I've tried nearly all the nigiri (except the creamy scallop) and I'd say you can't really go wrong with any, but the chutoro, seared salmon, truffle tuna, and salmon yuzu avocado are my top favorites. I've also had luck bringing my partner and friends who are not so fish-forward, and they've really enjoyed the variety like the karaage, side dishes and main dishes. Among the side dishes - the cucumber salad is unique and yummier than most spots, and the crunchy squid had a great texture and taste. As for sushi staples: The miso soup is a bit saltier than I like so I sometimes skip it, and the tomago is nothing to write home about. The decor is super cozy and I especially am a fan of the bathroom decor. IYKYK. Service is typically good, but they do get busy and mix-ups happen often, so be aware of what you order! Or do what we do and take a picture every round so you can recall what's missing or what wasn't ordered. The last time we went the actual nigiri was super backed up so we had to stall and portion out the other dishes that did come on time. Finally my only complaint is because it's AYCE and a smaller spot, they try and move tables quickly. It ends up feeling very rushed, and we had 2-3 servers helping us who didn't align on how often they were asking us about service, so we ended up feeling interrupted and stuffing down our food when it did finally come. They've been open a while so I think it's fair to share this issue since it doesn't seem to have worked itself out and only gotten worse the more I've come.

AYCE premium sushi is $39.99. It's pretty good quality. I like that they don't pack a bunch of rice into the nigiri. You get a piece of paper and mark what you want to order. They have limits on how much nigiri and sashimi you can order for each round. I really like the sear salmon and the blue fin sashimi. Yellowtail nigiri was pretty good too. The appetizers were tasty as well. I enjoyed the calamari and the spicy cucumber. Depending on how busy it gets, it might take a bit for the nigiri to come out. There's a decent number of tables, but it can get crowded, so make sure to get a reservation. The desserts are pretty good. They have a lot of different mochi ice cream flavors including espresso and lychee. They even cut it in half for you, so it's easily shareable. I liked the espresso and the vanilla chip. Overall, the food was pretty good and nice ambiance. I would come back again.

I've been to 3 other all you can eat sushi places in Dallas, this one is EASILY the best. IIRC, it's 40 bucks for 90 minutes, and during that time the wait staff is actually attentive and helpful, rather than ignoring you and reducing what you can get during your time. Unlike many other AYCE sushi places the restaurant itself is actually pretty nice inside as well. The fish was super fresh tasting, nothing was fishy (bad-fishy that is), and everything was quick and nicely presented. As one does during AYCE sushi, I ate a massive range of different things including tuna, salmon, scallops, shrimp, octopus, squid,... all were delicious. The crispy tuna was great (I think I ate 4 orders of it) and I thought the chuntoro sashimi was a super cool thing to get to try at an all you can eat lunch. Definitely worth a visit (perhaps a weekly one).

This is one of my favorite places for AYCE sushi in dallas! Their chutoro was very soft and buttery. The sweet shrimp and salmon nigiri were my favorites. The salmon tower was a nice appetizer, and our waiter even made it into a heart! This is a perfect date night place or even a great place to go with your friends.

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon for the all you can eat option with a group of friends! The service was pretty good, the employees were attentive and filled our waters throughout our meal. We opted for the $19 or you can eat option as opposed to the $39 one. Everyone at the same table had to get the same type of all you can eat menu. It was interesting how they had a limit of one hour though. This is the first time I've seen a Time limit so minimal, usually it's two hours, especially for large groups. They also had us write down our orders on a piece of paper and add them up, which was somewhat efficient. However, at other places, I've enjoyed ordering and getting my own plate and not having to separate them from others. Nevertheless, it was manageable! The quality of the fish was okay. Unfortunately, they only had smoke salmon on the $19 menu as opposed to regular salmon nigiri. The rolls were pretty good. My favorite was the crispy tuna! The mochi was also good for dessert, and they had 5 flavors, including espresso, which was unique! The inside is very spacious and minimal, very clean. The music was instrumental versions of pop songs. Parking is plenty with a garage nearby and outdoor spaces right outside the resturant

All you can eat sushi for $39, and everything was FRESH with great service? Sign me up! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the nigiri's. The special rolls were great too (Himachi Heaven was my fave) and even the hot menu like the beef sukiyaki that came in a sizzling stone pot. Highly recommend this place for a casual sushi night that is delicious!

Clean inside and easy to get seating and or reservations. The menu is pretty straight forward but make sure to check which days they are serving ayce lunch and dinner because I did notice a couple of customers during my visit wanting lunch ayce but they don't do it on the weekends. The food was visually appealing and pretty but I'd give it about a 3 / 3.5. The sushi pieces were big and the fish is cut thick. I really liked the presentation and the Yellowtail and salmon carpaccio appetizers were probably my favorite next to the sweet shrimp sushi( you only get 5 pcs per person). I was however very disappointed in the chutoro sushi as the fish was cut thin and it was somehow very dry. Also overall I felt like the sushi tasted just okay. The quality was good and it was interesting to have different flavors like the yuzu salmon but the overall food taste wasn't bad but not amazing either. It seems like a place that's great for photos/ social media but not necessarily for taste. The restaurant it self is pretty inside and seems like a nice date. I'm glad I got to try it especially seeing all the videos on social media about it. For some reason I just didn't like it as much as I'd hope and would not choose here for ayce over some of the other places closer to me that I like.

Service and atmosphere were fantastic. The ribeye, cucumbers, crispy spicy tuna, and rockstar roll was great! However the miso soup's greens were still dried from the package and the salmon was very unsettling. My husband and I ordered the salmon carpaccio and Philadelphia roll. The salmon in both had a very fishy/sour taste and the texture was stringy. Aside the salmon, we would have enjoyed the meal.
