I don't care for hibachi in general, but the sushi and drinks are the real highlights. Highly recommend giving it a try!Food:I've never been big on hibachi, but I love sushi, and Jinbeh didn't disappoint. My first visit, I ordered the crab rangoons, jalapeño crab roll, and vegetable fried rice with New York strip steak. While hibachi isn't really my thing, the food was solid. The crab rangoons were a standout--freshly made and packed with crab meat, not just cream cheese. Easily the best I've ever had! The jalapeño crab roll was also quite delicious as well.On a return visit, during lunch I ordered the crab rangoons and jalapeño crab roll again. Later that night, I came back and I tried the lobster volcano and Tiffany roll. I don't usually enjoy fried sushi or cream cheese in rolls, but Jinbeh may have changed my mind--the quality of their sushi is so good that even my picky eater friend is now considering raw fish!Their wasabi sauce deserves special mention--it's spectacular and pairs perfectly with the rolls. As for drinks, the bar menu is fantastic. I tried the lychee martini, pineapple mojito, and a margarita--all refreshing and well-made.Service:The service is great--cozy and family-like. The hostess and bartender, Carissa, was particularly amazing! The staff overall is all kind and attentive. The service here reflects the traditional style you often find in Asian restaurants--it's efficient and polite, though not overly extravagant.Ambiance:The interior is inviting with a cozy, family-friendly vibe. The restaurant has a decent size with well-spaced tables, making it great for groups or intimate meals. The ambiance feels warm and relaxed, perfect for enjoying a nice meal.

I have been coming to this place for quite some time, and it never disappoints!!!! Service is fantastic, the cook was fun, approachable, knowledgeable & charismatic (Daniel). Food was flavorful, cook to perfection, well seasoned. Ambiance it is very family friendly, you can actually sit and talk . For me this is the best HIBACHI so far in North Dallas :)

We came here on a Wednesday night. Although we had reservations , they weren't really needed. We were seated promptly. Although we were the only couple at the table we were seated on a corner so not in good view of the hibachi chef. The jalapeño roll was good but not necessary with all the food from our hibachi order. I had the chateaubriand, excellent prepared and so tender. The shrimp was also so flavorful. I had so many leftovers and it was just as good next day. Pricey meal but a good experience and excellent food !

Not really sure what happen today. This was one on my favorite. But the food today was horrible all I could taste was burnt. The service was very poor for some reason and that never happens here. I have never had rice that crunch with every bite. I think this will be my last visit.

Poor food quality. Very salty and some meat felt stale. Service came short on all front. They are in the wrong business. Rude waitress and horrible hibachi chef made the experience worse. Ambiance was pretty bad, you can see the dirty grills and nasty greasy floors. Exhaust is a joke when there is so much smoke around. Feels like a smoke house. Overall bad experience. Google reviews were wrong. Never returning back.
