Jim's Smokehouse Bbq

Excellent food and fabulous service. This place puts a unique spin on BBQ with some unique and tasty selections. We had the Doritos nachos with brisket and the prime rib French dip. Both were very tasty!

Ordered up the BBQ brisket tacos. Really great flavor. Good value as well.Their hot sauce is fantastic and needs to be a menu item. Chips and salsa with some smoked queso would be a real winner in my opinion.I wish them great fortune.

Had Jim's for the first time and I would definitely come back. The owner and manager were fantastic and answered so many questions and gave suggestions. Very nice people. The waitress wasn't so great and didn't listen very well but the others made up for her mistakes. The food was pretty good. The bbq sandwich was good but the bun was kind of just there, not really heated or anything. The prime rib sandwich was flavorful but again the bread was unimpressive and almost too much. The chicken was juicy but lacked flavor. The beans were amazing and so was the cobbler. I will definitely be back and I cant wait for the breakfast to begin but I just hope the little things are worked out as they get the hang of things. Lots of space and plenty of seating.

Good food! It was our first time to eat at Jim's Smokehouse. We met the owner Jim and had a great conversation with him. We plan to return soon.

Great barbeque with lots of flavor plus excellent side dishes. Owner, manager, and wait staff were more than accommodating to all customers. Live music was also wonderful. Brunch is also wonderful with lots of choices.

Good food, quick service, and live music. No complaints. The chef even stopped by the table to make sure everything was good. Great customer service.

We stopped by today to try this place for the first time. I had the two meat platter with brisket and sausage. The sausage was a bit spicy, and tasted very good. Just the right amount of heat. The brisket was moist and had a very nice crust on it. Sides. I had mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. The potatoes were great. The Cloe slaw was good.All in all, it was a great experience. Shawn and Christian made sure we were happy with the food. I would go again.

Smoked turkey was so tough we couldn't cut it with a knife. Brisket was so dry it seemed like it was from days ago. Pulled pork was dry also. French fries tasted hours old. For reference we went on a Sunday at lunch.

Best ribs I have ever had. They are Apple Wood smoked. Ordered the 1lb serving with Grandma's green beans. Jim has as great selection of sides. My wife ordered the Prime Rib sandwich. Raved about it. If you are going for the Prime Rib sandwich, be sure to call ahead. It appears to be a weekly speciality.If you fly in to Graham Airport it's well worth the trip downtown in one of the airport's courtesy cars.

Just had breakfast at Jim's barbecue. Currently the best bacon and best potatoes in town, and great service. I've also had excellent lunch there a couple times I will come back.
