Jersey Mike's Subs

Food is always a 10/10 BUT THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE REAL STAR OF THE SHOW.Stopped in to grab some food for me and my dad while my mom was in the hospital and the dude who made our sandwiches has such a good and uplifting attitude which is really hard to come by and find in customer service post Covid. I didn't get his name but he has long Curly hair and glasses but was so friendly, and I really am leaving this review because his interaction was just very uplifting and positive for me in a rough time. Give that man a raise or something bc he's doing great things! Thank you! Again my sandwhich really was bussin tho he did a great job 10/10

Speedy, friendly service! We came at noon rush hour and got our sandwiches so fast! We were greeted almost immediately when entering and a few of the team members helped us out. Restaurant was clean including the bathroom. Sandwiches A+ as to be expected from Jersey Mike's.

We were very pleased when Jersey Mike's began to move out into the southern corridor near us. This particular day was Jersey Mike's nationwide "Day of Giving" on Wednesday, March 27th, when 100% of the day's sales will be donated to Helping Hand Home for Children. Nationwide! We went late afternoon to avoid the crowds. I've begun ordering the "mini" size of my sandwich. There's actually nothing mini about it. Jersey Mike's is very generous with everything that goes on this size of sandwich and it is plenty for me!I love The Original Italian. A mouthwatering combination of provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni; I choose to have it dressed Mike's Way with lettuce, onions, tomato, S&P and oregano followed by what they call the "Juice." The Juice is Olive oil and vinegar, and this was one thing today I got too much of. My sandwich was drenched before I could stop him, so some of the bottom bread ended up soggy. Not all of it, though, and it's one delicious sandwich. I get the white bread, although you can have wheat or rosemary and parm. I also ask for their crunchy yummy pickles in a cup on the side and I get a cup of their hot cherry pepper relish for my husband and I to share, too. That relish is fantastic!My husband prefers the hot sandwiches - the cheese steaks. Today he had the Chicken Chipotle Cheese steak. He loves the grilled onions and peppers; but also chooses the rosemary and parm bread, which I confess I've never tasted together. We eat at Jersey Mike's everywhere across DFW and generally, consistency is the business' strong suit. Occasionally, like today with the wet dressing, there's a flub; but not anything big enough to ever keep us away. My next objective is to try my fave in salad form. There's plenty of parking at this location. As is the trend; there are only a few tables in this small Midlothian outpost, it's loud and the foot traffic is constant around you if you eat in. Which we usually do.But it's all about the sandwich. Mine was ~ $8 and my husband's, a regular, ~ $10. Terrific service. We'll be back, of course.

I should start off with saying that we love Jersey Mike's. It's the only sandwich shop we visit. After today I won't ever order from the App again. Apparently they don't pay attention to the exact order. I walked in while they were preparing our order. I ordered the giant with extra turkey and mayo and cheese only. There was lettuce all over my sandwich. I asked if it was mine and the manager said yes. I said I didn't want lettuce on it and he said they would fix it. The young lady started scraping most of it off and I said that I don't want any lettuce at all on it, mostly because there was still lettuce on it. She just laughed. The manager said we will make me another if you want sir, I said I just want my order right. So he prepared a new sandwich after that. I figured it would be right, but when I got home there was no extra meat. And then my wife said, I didn't get any oil and vinegar on the side. The sandwiches were delicious, just not exact. I won't order from the App again and we will be back. Just frustrating, glad it was free with our points saved up.

I came in tonight and was greeted immediately by the outstanding staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and tidy. I didn't get the names of the three gentlemen, but they run the place as if they own it. My food came out fresh and fast. I hope this night crew gets a raise!!

I've been to many JMs and in normal times their process is fine. In COVID times their process not extremely smooth and it's understandable. You are blocked from getting to close to the counter and that's totally understandable. Just with all the noise both people wearing masks, it's hard to hear and to understand. Other than that we placed our order and pay and sit down. Tons of people back and forth to the counter. We watched two of our orders being made right there in sight. But those were the lasts to be delivered and they physically handled it and pulled it out of the bag almost giving to a different customer and then realizing it was wrong and stuffing it bs k in the bag. Then thinking it was made by mistake taking it in the back. When we asked they tried to find it and went to the back and came out with it and attempted to hand it to us. One of the guys asked "Ah, well would you like us to remake it fresh", "yes please!!" I think one guy was upset and the other knew exactly why he should and why he asked if we'd like it remade. All of that to say I understand some of the confusion and we still support eating out and support the restaurant industry that has been so impacted by this virus. It was a bad experience that was handled and in the end the food was good.

I have had a Jersey Mike's Sub from the Midlothian location perhaps 42 out of the last 52 weeks! My favorite is the #13 on white, extra cheese, Mike's Way, add mayo and pickles. Always fresh, always good, always quick and their folks are always friendly. Not much more to say. Keep it up.

Super sandwiches. Best Philly I know of around here. The Italian is good too. Good portions however you pay for it and then some. Be nice if they offered seniors a discount since its priced out of there budgeting.

This place is phenomenal!! Everything is fresh and cooked to order. You can't ask for a better fresh, flavorful sandwich!!! Hot or cold... yup it's on and of course it's delicious.The service is fast and efficient. If you are in a bit of a hurry they will get you in and out..... but me, NAH. I'm chilling and enjoying my sandwich, chips and a pop. Yup I said pop cause I'm from Chicago. Anyway the ambiance is super cool and clean. Lastly, Devin, Kole and Ms Tori .... They rock!!!!Thanks for making my day.

This place is great!! The customer service is great and the subs are perfect. I appreciate always being greeted with a smile and everyone always seems so happy to be there. Keep up the great work!!!!
