We ordered by phone because app would not let us customize the order. Asked for the oil/vinegar dressing on side ... they sent relish on the side instead and my sandwich had so much dressing on it... it was soggy and unable to eat it. My husband ordered a Philly cheese and they added tomatoes to it. It is not supposed to have tomatoes It WAS AWEFUL EXPERIENCE... I was hungry and my sandwich was so wet - I could not eat it DO NOT EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO BE CORRECT .

Always a crowd pleaser! Not many better than the OG classic Italian from Jersey Mike's! Overall A+ experience per usual...Shout out to Dillon the meat slicer and sandwich makers on the team that made 100 sub sandwiches for our high school football team tonight!!!

Thank you, JM's for coming to Burleson! I was really tired of driving to Mansfield. Burleson has a ton of food, but not many places are seriously good...until now. I love that JM's serves nothing but the freshest cuts of meat, sliced while you watch, fresh off the slab. Doesn't get much fresher than that! The veggies are also super fresh and they have amazing bread; white, wheat or rosemary. I have yet to decide which sandwich is my favorite since they have both hot subs and cold subs and both are equally delicious. Their Philly cheesesteak is the best around and for those not wanting red meat, they even have a chicken Philly that's up there on the yum factor as well! This location has great employees who are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was super clean. My only complaint about JM's is that they are Pepsi people. Boooo! ;)

You want a really good sub, this is the place. I prefer the cold subs Mike's Way but the hot subs are very good also. It might cost just a little bit more than Subway but you get what you pay for.

I get a sandwich here every Sunday through the app and sometimes in person. i love how everything is super fresh! everyone is always so nice with great attitudes. another thing is that the place is clean so that's great!

Went in today to grab a sandwich for my grandson and myself. The gentleman slicing the meat accidently dropped the pepperoni on the floor and walked to the back. A young lady picked up the half log of meat and threw it into a sink, shortly after another young lady, who identified herself as the manager, went and rinsed it off then came to proceed making my sandwich with the meat that fell on the floor. I told her she needed to throw the meat away and she refused saying she had rinsed it off. She had no clue that this half a log of pepperoni was contaminated.not only from the floor but the sink as well. It is hard to believe that the owner of this Jersey Mike's location does not train their employees or managers correctly. Up until now Jersey Mike's has been a go to for my family on a weekly basis, but the attitude of the staff an dealing with contaminated food is concerning.

Made all four of my family members sandwiches wrong for the second visit in a row. Confirmed multiple times to not get veggies on my sub and still got ALL the veggies on it. If this was an issue that only happened once it would be fine but twice in a row is ridiculous.
