Jasper's is great. The burgers are fun and interesting with so many choices--from more exotic meat options (elk, buffalo, etc) to countless toppings. Fries are fantastic, too. The waitstaff is always friendly and helpful. It's a little out of the way in Bluff Dale, but certainly worth a side trip from Stephenville to Granbury for a superior burger or dinner.

Three different burgers delivered to our table and three very happy bellies. We beat the rush so we could enjoy the ambiance. We definitely will be back.

Reuben sandwich was excellent as was the service. Server had great personality and was very welcoming. Had the Jiffy burger made with peanut butter and jelly which I had to give it a try. Flavor was good, but the burger was a little overcooked. I would try it again, but would make sure they cook the burger medium instead of medium well. Onion rings were excellent. Spinach and tomato side was excellent as well, a little spicy, which was good.

NOT A SINGLE THING WRONG!!! Wait staff is friendly and attentive. Ambience is very appropriate for the setting. Food... had the chicken fried steak, grilled zucchini and onion, garlic potatoes and the corn pancake. Everything was EXCELLENT!!!. My wife had the same thing, so only one view on food. Serving looks small, but it is more than enough. Too full to try the dessert.Looking forward to going back but may just reorder the same thing.Well worth the 90 minute drive from Fort Worth.If visiting the area, you can't go wrong.Didn't bother with updated menu but worth every penny.

Come here every time I'm in town visiting friends! Love the food quality, portions, and items available. Recently had a cheese pizza and the elk medallion plate with mashed potatoes and zucchini. Very good! Can't wait til next time.

went for the first time today for Mother's Day. The burgers were amazing, the chips and queso were all homemade. they had a special today, Banana Bread French Toast. We had an order and shared it at our table. The cook came out to greet everyone and wish all the moms a Happy Mothers Day. also checked to see how our food was. I highly recommend this spot only 15 minutes from the ville. we shall return!!!!

After a long ride we decided to stop at Jasoers, glad we did! Burgers were excellent! Service was excellent! Will be back for sure

We have eaten at Jaspers for the last 5 years almost every week and the food and service have always been the best! The staff is very friendly and attentive and the food is all delicious. Some of our favorites are the Doc Holiday burger, the meat me up pizza, and the patty melt. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is casual and friendl.
