Very nice!My bunch has always liked Jason's in general, and my wife'n I grew up near the original location in Beaumont, and can remember eating there as a kid when it was considered "the new thing". So, we go way back with Jason's. This location's really neat. It has the appearance of being on the small side, with perhaps a dialed-back menu compared to the large locations, but it had all the stuff we wanted. The service was quick and friendly. The lobby was clean and bright, and the kiosks were a neat new thing (don't remember seeing them in other locations). In fact, this whole location feels like something of a pilot testing new ideas.Our food was really good, as one expects from a Jason's (see the pics).Anyway, we'll be back, to try that salad bar.

The restaurant itself is usually good but they need to train their employees on their menu items. If i order something as is; it shouldnt be missing multiple items per dish. Everyhing ive had at jasons deli has been great until last night; i got the chicken bacon bowl and id advise against the bowls. Mine was missing avocado, and pickled onions. :/ and they only give a tiny cup of the ranch with it, i used it all plus added my own, and a drizzle of olive oil and it was still really really dry, bland; and chicken tasted like it came pre cooked out of a bag. It was all thrown together in a half @$$ way too and theyre usually better . But i still love jasons deli. Just dont get their bowls. Bad menu item.

We finally have a Jason's deli closer to home! Though parking is a bit of an experience; which was the case when this was still a CFA; I'm hoping things get better when things calm down after the initial being open period. Most of my negative can be tied to it being new. Both digital order stands were having issues to where multiple people had to walk away and join the long order at the counter line. The person bringing out my order circled twice and finally came over when I waved at her and asked if that was my order. I'm a little hesitant to order drive thru or pick up for anything that requires something added or removed. I.E. a salad where you may want Italian vs ranch or a sandwich where you may want mustard not Mayo. Hopefully when things calm down they will have their ball rolling more smoothly.

Stopped in for Lunch while out shopping of course it was packed but they mive fairly quick here.I ordered the Santa Fe Sandwich and chips the wife had the fruity nutty salad.Both were served in reasonable time. Food was good still stings little paying 30+ bucks for a Sandwich, Chips, and Salad w/drinks. I get it a business but that still stings just a touch. We like JJs so we will continue to visit.Very busy atmosphere today and they did a great job moving folks along. The bathroom was 1 person only so there were lines for both though that kinda strange for a place that packs it in like they do. Next time we'll visit in off hours.

I was not impressed with the NRH Location, the utensils were dirty, and all of the empty tables had food crumbs on them. I sure hope they improve on their cleanliness.

Nice to have a Jasons Deli in NRH. Staff has been friendly and food is good. Sometimes, the restaurant isn't very clean. Plates left on tables for a long time and trash on the floor. Sometimes the salad bar has empty items. 4-5 stars. Will be back.*Free ice cream cones*

The new Chicken cheese truffle pasta is the best I have ever eaten out in my life. Staff friendly. service is good, busy, Clean, fresh food, generous portions, drive thru available. temperature was nice. A wide variety of selections of entrees.
