Italian restaurant Express Tin Top

When you can hear them speaking Italian in the kitchen while you're waiting on your food...This pizza's as good as anything I had while I was living on the East Coast. The crust is EXCELLENT. The whole pizza is balanced. Just the right amount of sauce, just the right amount of cheese. Most places drown their pizzas in cheese to cover up how average the rest of the pie is. Not these guys. When I left here, I was happy.

Discovered this wonderful new restaurant this weekend on Tin Top Road, south of Weatherford. It was truly the best pizza we have had in a long time. Not just pizza served, but many other authentic Italian dishes on the menu. Our pizza was perfect! Oh, the crust !!!!!!! Take out is available and drive thru pick up. Prices are very reasonable. Great service also. Don't miss this little gem of an Italian eatery out in the country from Weatherford, TX. You won't be disappointed!

Ate at Express on Tin Top last night and it did not disappoint. The supreme pizza was amazing (possibly the best pizza I've had in Weatherford) and the spicy spaghetti was also very good. Brought out a sample of focaccia bread fresh out of the oven- can't wait to go back for more! Service was great

Great place. REAL Italian food. Their lasagna was great and I intend on trying their other selections on future visits.

This place surprisingly impressed me. I was skeptical about Italian "fast food" but let me tell you, it was delicious. Don't let the name fool you, this is a very authentic style of Italian food. I have tried several of the items now and have yet to be disappointed. Give it a try!
