First time eating Burmese food and it was a great experience. They have a pretty vast menu with lots of things that sound good but we ended up ordering the Inlay tea leaf salad, Burmese curry with lamb, and Oh No Kauswe (coconut chicken noodle soup). The tea leaf salad was very flavorful and had great textures with the cabbage, nuts, and split peas. It was a great palate cleanser with some of the more flavorful dishes like the curry which was delicious. The lamb was very tender and curry was loaded with flavor. The coconut noodle soup was also very heartwarming and creamy. Though first eating Burmese food, there were a lot of familiar flavors from Indian, Chinese, and Southeast Asian cuisine while still being unique. Can't wait to try more of the menu.

Highly recommend Inlay Burmese Kitchen! I've eaten here quite a few times already and have introduced friends to Burmese cuisine and they have all loved the food here as well!I have eaten quite a variety of dishes here and have not been disappointed by any of them so far. The Inlay tea leaf salad is always a must. This last time, we tried the paratha with coconut chicken curry - paratha was crispy and flaky, curry was delicious albeit a bit sweet but went well with the coconut milk. We also had the pork pumpkin stew which you could tell had been slow cooked for a long time. The flavors all melded together so well, the sauce was thick and rich, and the pork was so tender. Everything also goes well with their coconut rice!! And I always end my meal with their hot milk tea which reminds me so much of my beloved Hong Kong milk tea. Service is always good, and the restaurant is always clean and has traditional Burmese decor with wooden table mats to add to the ambiance. Love this place!

What are you waiting for, people? Seriously...you have to get to this restaurant and try literally everything on this menu. Still.....our favorite place to visit. This is truly a family restaurant and the service is absolutely impeccable. I love absolutely every dish I have tried and am apparently on an eggplant kick lately. This time I tried the eggplant curry and it was exquisite. Do yourself a favor and order the Palatha and Curry Dip as a starter. It is the epitomy of comfort food.

This little family owned restaurant has some of the best food I've tried in a while. I don't know if it's Burmese food in general that's this good or if it's just this restaurant. Everything I tasted had so many yummy and balanced flavors without being overly seasoned or salty. I've tried the garlic rice which is the best I've ever tasted. They have a lamb curry that's dark brown in color. Is different than other currys I've tasted before; more mildly savory compared to Indian or Thai curry. My favorite dish was the calamari! It's a little spicy because of the jalapeños but also well seasoned. The service was friendly and very fast, making for a fast and enjoyable dining experience, so it's a good stop for dinner or for a quick lunch. I'm glad to see that there are still some mom and pop gems around in Lewisville.

Just tried this spot for the first time and I loved it. We ordered the chilli lamb with coconut rice. Delicious and very flavorful. They did not skimp on the lamb. It was so tender and seasoned so well. My boyfriend got the pumpkin chicken stew to try something very new and we surprisingly loved it too. And the with the Burmese indian rice with was so herby and flavorful with so much depth. The service was wonderful. Food came out fast and hot. We are definitely coming back.

My friends and I decided on a whim to dine at this restaurant for a girls' night out, and it turned out to be an exceptional choice! None of us had been here before, but we were immediately impressed. We each ordered something different, so to sample a variety of dishes, and we were all blown away by the flavors. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish being unique and bursting with flavor. Not a single item disappointed us. The calamari was a delightful starter, and the basil lamb and chicken dishes were a hit with our group. The chili lamb and chicken were equally delicious, packing a flavorful punch. And of course the fish wrapped in banana leaf-so delicious! The restaurant itself had a charmingly simple setup with tasteful decorations, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful dining experience, accommodating all of our requests with a smile. We left the restaurant thoroughly satisfied and already planning our next visit, this time with our families too. If you're looking for a place with amazing food, friendly service, and a cozy ambiance, this is definitely the spot to try. Don't miss out on their must-try items--they're truly unforgettable!

The family decided to try a cuisine we had not previously experienced so we headed over to Inlay Burmese Kitchen. We are so glad we did, it is completely tasty and awesome! The gentleman working was super friendly and informative about all the dishes and provided great service. We had the Myeik Pan Fried Noodles, Adam Tea Leaf Salad, and the Beef Curry. The salad was great with a combination of sweet flavor from the apples a d a sour punch from the seasonings. There were also some crunchy bits in the salad that took it over the top. The Noodles were another highlight with an excellent preparation and flavor. The Beef was perfectly cooked, but I would have loved more of the punchy flavors of the other dishes. We are already looking forward to another trip to this local gem. If you are in the area you owe it to yourself to stop in. Familiarity with Burmese food is not required, the team here is happy to assist you.

I was so excited to find Burmese food in the DFW area but sadly won't be going back here because most of the food was EXCESSIVELY greasy. We tried Burmese beef, Burmese fish, palatha and curry dip, crispy tofu with salad filling. The crispy tofus was delicious, no complaints! The beef curry was swimmmmming in grease...really unfortunate because the actual flavor and spices were good. The palatha was also wet soaked with grease, literally dripping. If not for the excessive greasiness this would have been 4 stars.
