Been here a handful of times, always good service, staff is friendly and productive, and food is great. But for the love of God, do you need the doorbell that chimes every time the front door is opened? Get rid of it. Saturday morning, very busy as would be expected, lots of ambient noise from people talking around me, babies crying etc, absolutely understandable. After realizing the doorbell chime was going off at about a constant rate, I decided to begin counting the chimes at 9:51am. By 10am, I had counted 42 chimes. Really? We get it, there's people coming in and out because it's busy. This might seem like the stupidest gripe to have but it's actually extremely irritating hearing a doorbell almost 5 times every single passing minute. Just get rid of it. Anyways, great service.

Everything was just OK, not great but just OK. We were in the area and decided to stop in for dinner, something we hadn't done at IHOP previously. We were taking to the server and discovered they were out of many items; they were waiting on their delivery. I ended up ordering on of their new burgers, the Bacon Jam Burger with a side of rings. My wife found out she could order a small plate of chicken fingers and fries. Her platter came with another side, but the side she wanted they were out of. In the end she said the chicken fingers and the fries were more than enough to make her tummy happy. My Bacon Jam Cheeseburger and rings was good, nothing to rave about but I would order it again if I had the chance. The onion rings were very tasty. Overall it was an OK visit, not stellar, but good.

Good little place with the exception of consistency. I will have something there that I think is fabulous and when I go back and have the same thing again it's different. However, overall, I would recommend this place. I like the variety that they offer parking easy

The food was Great, as always. The service is what I want to highlight today. Mr Kemondre c was Outstanding! He was very attentive and he never let out drinks go dry. And the friendliness and inviting attitude is what will make me go back. I hope that this person is there when we return and I would love to see him promoted. Service like this you do not get often! THANK YOU KEMONDRE! YOU ROCK!

Went yesterday.Me: I'd like grits. Them: We don't serve that anymore, nor oatmeal.Me: I couldn't get through on the phone. Them: We don't take online/over the phone orders anymore.Me: Could I have my change? Them: We are cashless. We don't give back change. So they take cash, but won't give you any change?Looking in bag, Me: I asked for wheat toast. Them: I thought you said "white".Me: No, you kept saying white everytime I said wheat.On the plus side, the food is delicious, there is a wide selection, and the price is right.

Service sucks, brought my coffee, took me another five minutes before the waitress came by so I could ask for something to stir it with. I was handed a drink straw. Another 10 minutes later our food order was finally taken and we were told by the waitress that she would go get our utensils. Fifteen minutes later the food came out, still no utensils. Had to flag the waitress down for those again, by this point the girlfriends Dr. Pepper was empty, so I stated that she needed a refill. The waitress quickly says that she will go get that water and runs off. Comes back with packs of plastic utensils and a water. Some line about no wrapped utensils, while I have to explain that it should have been a Dr. Pepper refill, not a water. Then I was told by the waitress, as she was walking right by the manager, that I didn't need to get an attitude. At this point I asked for the manager and told the manager that we wanted a different waitress.We had already watched one family leave because they were seated and spent 15 minutes waiting on a waitress.As the girlfriend and I were getting into our Jeep, another couple stopped her and told her that they had bad service as well.This place needs an entirely new staff.

Im very upset i went to celebrate my bday with a couple friends but it was a horrible and stressful situation to be aware of the so call " district manager" disrespecting the employees and talking in a horrible way my pancakes were raw every time the server would bring them back to the table i need yall to take action and i need an answer asap there's no way its legal for this man to be this rude. All the customers around us heard when he yell to the servers he was going to bring them back their when literally my server was just trying to bring me some decent " cooked" pancakes and apparently we werent the only table having this issues i stiill have picture and my receipt i need this issue to be handle before we tried to make it noticible to another authoritiesAnd to be aware not him the other district manager white tall man that was present too or the manager came to the table
