Given the fluctuating temperatures, I decided it was the perfect time to treat myself to some tasty pho and spring rolls. I enjoy exploring new restaurants whenever I have pho, and a place in Plano, near I-75 & Forest Ln, caught my attention on Yelp as a new option to try. After a twenty-eight-minute drive after work, I arrived and was warmly greeted by the hostess, who guided me to a four-top table. I opted for the combination pho, requesting no tripe or tendon, as I was in the mood for some comforting familiarity. The broth was impressively hot, just the way I prefer it, and the combination of fresh vegetables, meat, noodles, and bean sprouts was delightful--definitely a mood booster.As for the shrimp spring rolls, the peanut sauce served with them had a perfect consistency for dipping, enhancing the overall experience. My only suggestion would be to consider offering slightly larger spring rolls for the price, as I found them filling but smaller than I expected. Typically, I only manage to eat half of my meal and take the rest home.Overall, I found this establishment to be a lovely spot with quality food, and I look forward to returning to try more items from their menu.

Great Vietnamese food in a nice interior decor with very cool paintings. Their noodle soups are good as well as their spring rolls and other dishes like steamed dumplings/potstickers. One main gripe however is that they don't have ice or could not put any ice in my water or other drinks (forgot if it was just the one time I went where they may have run out or if it was simply their policy - if the latter, they seriously need to change that). As a result, I had to order colder things like shakes or bubble tea juices to keep cool. Overall the quality of food was very good, so recommend the place for at least that reason!

Ordered X-Large Pho and Egg Noodle dish and seems like a scam. What's x-large about it? Same amount of broth as regular size, same amount of meat or if anything it looks like they skimped out on the meat. Pho broth is flavorful.Egg noodle broth was very bland. Needed fish sauce and lime.

Ordered from this place for the first time on a Saturday afternoon around 1 PM. Order delivery via Uber eats food arrived in standard time.Spring rolls - Shrimp: Super tiny. The size of regular egg rolls; width of a quarter (see photo). Mostly bean spouts. Pathetic. Dumplings - Order only comes with six dumplings & a small side of vegetables. Inside is 1/3 empty (see photo).Vermicelli pork & eggroll bun - Vietnamese fish sauce is super sweet; more like sugar water. Egg rolls have decent flavor. Meat is mostly just salty - not much flavor. Combo pho - Okay. Meatball was overcooked & extremely dry - even in soul. Tendon was good. Beef filet was gamey for some reason. Tripe was super chewy. WAY too much onion - I got rid of half & it was still too much onion. Broth didn't have much flavor - mostly just salty.Overall, things were below average. I would not recommend & I would not come back.

Service was fine. The waiter actually suggested I order a different dish. But I love Bun Bo Hue when cooked correctly. I've never gotten it with chunks of pork blood before. My husband ordered the MongolianBeef and it was inedible. We paid our check and went for dinner elsewhere.
