Beautiful evening at the Hurst Conference Center. Wonderfully decorated for Christmas. The banquet I attended was catered with excellence. We had an amazing time and I would recommend this venue for formal celebrations

This place never disappoints . I've attended a few events here and the food is always outstanding, not at all what you would expect from a conference center. Their staff is always helpful and professional. Lobe the decor at Christmas and the massive fireplace you can sit by. Not sure of pricing for rentals but it is a beautiful venue

I been invited to at least 2 events at this venue and both were amazing. The most recent was an event for work where we took over the whole main ballroom all day. The parking was honestly not enough for us since we had over 300 people attending this venue. No need to stress as there is free street parking as well as overflow parking out in TCC northeast campus. The staff here was attentive to keeping our water and ice jugs refilled all through the day. Lots of lounge chairs and sofas out in the lobby and there is also a cozy fire place that outlooks a patio with a water fountain. When I attended it was too cold to be outside so the patio was closed. During my conference we had breakfast and lunch provided by the venue. Breakfast was continental with bagels, assorted pastries and coffee. I got there too late in the morning but from what I heard from my coworkers is that there were fresh fruit but it was all gone.Lunch was a choice of Tex-Mex. We had chicken breast in some kind of chipotle sauce, black beans, chips and salsa and for the vegetarians they had cheese enchiladas with black olives in it. For dessert they had a 3 leches cake and honestly it was not that good. My favorite was the avocado salad they had. It was romaine lettuce with grapefruit, jicama , bell peppers, tons of avocado and this creamy green goddess dressing. The bathrooms were clean and did not stink as they had scented plug is that made it pleasant. The wifi was strong but I did have trouble connecting at first since I did not know the password haha (hint is the address of the building).

This was an amazing event!!!!! The venue was just beautiful. The lighting was as if you was under the stars. They give us swag bags which was filled with some great ideas. They had a cocktail hour with drinks and food. As well as pop up shops. The pop up shops was the best. They had something for everyone. It was a wonderful charity event that benefited the Tarrant Area Food Bank and Oasis Center. There was some beautiful models and lots of great talent at this event. It was well worth the cost of the ticket. One of my favorite was the saxophone player Nandi Ibegbu. He made my ears smiles. Thank to Keicha Miskell for the invite and Sapphire Chic Modeling for making this event well worth it.

Went here for the Mid Cities Arts and crafts show, there was over 50 vendors and also sold wine and mimosas. There was so many things for sale and we had a great time. The convention center is very nice, I can't believe this was my first visit and definitely won't be my last.

I am on the Planning Committee for the Stop Violence Conference, and we have used this venue for 2 years now. There are so many positives of this venue.First, 7 floors of FREE FREE FREE covered parking. This is quite wonderful, when so many other venues in Tarrant County have (highly) paid parking. The spaces are a nice size, and it is an easy in and out. There is an ample ballroom, and several meeting rooms. The conference had 3 general sessions (250 ppl) and multiple sets of 4 breakout sessions (up to 55 ppl each). Each session had plenty of room, and though the ballroom was set up for 250, I would wager that it could have easily served 100 more at the least. The temperature is always comfortable. The AV is readily available, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. There is a hallway connected to the Hilton Garden Inn that can easily house vendors/exhibitors with ease. The restrooms are around every corner, with private unisex bathrooms upstairs. There are vending machines in the parking garage entrance from the building. They arent always well stocked, but affordable. If you'd like a specialty snack, a cola or even a beer, they have that in the lobby space of the Hilton Garden Inn, which is connected. The only downside is that there can be no outside food, not even vendors that sell food. The center does have an in house restaurant, and the food is always wonderful.I would suggest this space to anyone having a conference, prom, reception or event.

I had a conference here back in May, and it was lovely. It's a great space for wedding, large gatherings, or conferences. There's plenty of options nearby for lunch and even if you grab an uber (or your car) you can find a decent non-crowded option within a five mile radius. Additionally, there is decent lodging nearby too! It was a great one-stop kind of trip! I love it when travel is easy.

Received our first COVID-19 vaccine appointment from Tarrant County for this location and got the vaccine today. The place is well organized with a specific flow for car arrivals into the parking garage, be sure to check online. TLDR? It took us 1hr 15min to get through. You'll be checked before parking if you have a completed consent form and your appointment confirmed. After parking in the garage you'll queue-up (if there is a wait) in the garage, in the shade, and pass another checkpoint to verify your consent forms upon entry to the building.Once in the building from any garage floor there's potentially another queue where you will arrive at the check-in stations where your form, your ID, insurance card will be entered into their computer system. There's probably 40 workstations staffed.Once past the check-in desks there is another queue to go into the conference hall for your vaccine. Plenty of staff and stations. Finally you'll take a seat and wait 15 minutes after the injection to make sure you don't explode or something.All-in-all our process took 1 hour and 15 minutes on a busy Saturday: - 45 minutes from parking to get to the computer check-in- 15 minutes from the computer check in to a shot- 15 minutes waiting to leave or have a seizure :) All in all, kudos to the folks running this facility, pretty well done.

Just got a shot this morning for my 86 year old mom. Separate parking area for those over 70 with separate entrance, only a small line at 9:15 this morning, line flowed the entire time. Including her 15 minute wait we were done in 45 minutes. Best of all people were GREAT!!! Provided clear instructions very helpful and patient. Dallas - take some notes!!!!!Michelle Turner of NRH
