Got to enjoy these awesome pizzas during the 4th July Festival!! I love the firetruck and marketing vibe relating to this pizza business! They were even making these fresh on location, even rolling out the dough in front of drooling customers! The lines were long and you could tell they were a favorite food item for the night! Definitely will try them on location too!

Bonus points for coming to my neighborhood and being an awesome firetruck. Major kid appeal!!I waited about 30 minutes for my pizza since there were multiple people in front of me that ordered several pizzas. The actual pizza baking time was surprisingly quick! I did enjoy the music they played while we waited. At $30 for two 12 inch pizzas, I thought it was a little high but I splurged this time for the convenience factor. The pizza itself was just okay. I ordered the jabroni and the Supreme with jalapeños and garlic butter on both. The garlic butter was somehow not noticeable on either pizza. If you want to really taste it maybe you have to say you want a lot of garlic butter? The sauce and toppings were both good, but there is some room for improvement on the crust. It needs more flavor and less flour taste. They used a lot of flour on the bottom to prevent sticking so once you've finished the toppings, the crust is bland and flour-y.Overall, I'd give the pizza a 3.5 and I'm giving a total of 4 stars for the coolness factor of a pizza fire truck that came to my neighborhood.

THIS IS FOR THE FOOD TRUCK.They were at Dublin's Square Fort Worth, for St. Patrick's celebrations! They were there last year and probably some years before that. Last year they ran out of to-go boxes, so i wasn't able to try. (i attempted a much later order.) THIS year, i ordered shortly after arrival! #izbeesmart I ordered (2) 12" pizzas @ $16 each; meat lovers and one called Honey Spicev Flake (or similar name) with added sausage. I REALLY liked that Honey one!! I thought I was going to be starving later on; I only needed 1 pizza. The pizzas in Dallas are generally 14" or larger, for reference.Super thin crust was great and toppings were premium!Unfortunately, i didn't enjoy it on-site, as i was working, but got them both home and devoured them like a little kid eating their birthday cake... No mercy!! "...What??! Those other kids can find their own cake! Bring more ice cream. Why are they all crying?"This listing says they're located in Keller, so perhaps one day I'll trek way over there and enjoy on their premises.Funny note: i ordered my pizzas at different times, and randomly, while waiting, both times, one of their prep tables collapsed! (where they sliced and put in boxes). The first time it happened, a friend of mine stepped in and helped, while i watched in bemusement..."why did the table collapse? No external force was applied. It wasn't windy. Was the table upset at the humans?" Second table collapse, i was ready! I jumped right in and helped. The table was angry AF (at food). I asked if the table was from IKEA, they laughed and replied: "No, it's actually from Sam's or Costco." Good times.

Now this is a pretty cool food truck! Wood fired pizza made out of an old fire truck. This truck was in a our neighborhood a week ago so me and the kiddo decided to try them out. He ordered the pepperoni and I ordered the veggie. They are made fresh to order and we had our pizzas in under 8 mins. The price was a little more steep that what I usually spend on a pizza that size, but the ingredients were fresh, the employees were friendly, and the food was hot. They did turn out a little "soft" and floppy, but I'm not sure if that's how those types of pizzas usually are. I saw a review mention they asked for their well done, so I will do that next time.

For Easter weekend, our HOA threw a great party with laser light bubbles, glow in the dark egg hunt, and some food trucks. We decided to try the fire engine truck with the wood fire oven built into it.Was a good choice. They offer about four or five different pies for this special event setting. I think it cost about $15 for a 12" pizza. The young men working that night were definitely polite and respectful and I think that counts for a lot, especially at a social gathering. Crust pretty good and tomato sauce flavorful so no complaints there. I think the toppings could have been spread out a little more evenly. Mozzarella was pretty good.I'd say the cooking could have been a little more spot on this particular night, but again it was a festive event. With wood fire, I like the slight burn marks on the crust. I do like what some might call a slightly undercooked center, but with the wood fire, I feel like it's best to overcook the edges slightly. I did find out that they will come out to special events. The young man told me it was about $900 for a few hours and a certain number of pizzas. The HOA had a certain number of pies that were given out free but we were fashionably late so we missed out on the freebies. Idea is pretty cool, and my grandfather served as a fireman for 38 years so touched my heart a bit to see the fire truck. He would have probably been tickled to see the fire truck churning out pizzas.

The pizza was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. If I come across this truck again, I'll definitely stop for a pizza or two.

Had this at my friends wedding and it was delicious. The staff was super friendly. The pizza was fresh, hot, and the crust was thin and crispy. The crust was perfection. Considering how many people were at the wedding they were very fast an accommodating. This was perfect for the wedding because a groom is a firefighter at first we thought it was one of their trucks from the station and surprise food truck with its own oven inside!

We booked the food truck for our wedding and it was perfect! I got responses quickly from the event manager and was kept up to date with plans incase of rain. They knew our venue well, so they needed little to no assistance with set up. They were also such a fun group to be around. They were all so kind to us and our guest !! Our guests could not stop talking about how great the food was and how cool the truck was :)
