This property is well located, clean, good covered parking. My room was well appointed with kitchen items. Mattress and pillows comfortable. Room was clean. i did not hear any neighbors. I did not eat the breakfast so I cannot remark on that. All in all a good experience. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The window shades do an excellent job of blocking the light out at night. The small kitchen with the full-sized fridge was greatly appreciated! There is a curtain that can be pulled to separate the beds from the couch and block the TV.The breakfast has a good variety. You won't find trays of hot items, though. Instead, they provide pre-packaged breakfast meals: fresh eggs & sausage and sausage biscuit, for example. There is a very comfortable lobby area with many places to sit.I will note: if you stay, park on the ground floor to check in--that's where the elevator is. If you use street level parking, you'll carry your bags up stairs. If you're looking for a place to stay in Fort Worth, this is definitely a good choice.

We enjoyed our time here...even though we came during a Taylor Swift concert and Women's final 4 tournament hahah. The receptionist was really nice and the room was clean. We were only there 1 night, so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was tasty too! This pic greeted us as we walked in. Very nice indeed

I would give a zero if I could. This hotel is the absolute worst hotel ever! Upon check in we were put in a room that reeked of dogs. It smelled like a dog kennel. Immediately I called and was moved to another room down the hall. That room had a broken tub drain, and a live tick on the wall. We were exhausted from traveling so we dealt with it. However once the evening hit, it went from bad to worse. There is a nightclub next door that they don't tell you about on their site and the music is blasting all night long. I could hear screams, cars and trucks honking constantly and even people talking. This went on for hours til approximately 4am. For 2 days we suffered with this noise, a dirty room, and no toilet paper. The place is filthy, handprints all over glass, just a mess for $312 that we paid per night. When I couldn't take another night of no sleep, I went early morning to the front desk to speak with a manager. Catherine told me one was not available, and she didn't know when one would be as she was off for a few days and had no way of knowing. Really? You can't check a manager's schedule? She gave me an email address and told me to send an email and a manager would get back to me. 3 hours later nearing check out time I was told that I could check out at that time and that time only. I was 30 minutes away at a conference that I paid thousands to attend. I had no way of leaving and was basically told "too bad". I pleaded with them to just let me pack my stuff when I returned and I'd be out once the conference was over, again cold heartedly they denied my request because they wouldn't want to be stuck with a "dirty" room overnight because the cleaner services were gone. Ironically this same hotel didn't care one bit that our room and the premises were dirty, and we had to deal with it. 2 days goes by and a manager never calls me back. In fact, I made 2 more calls and was given the run around constantly until today when I called again for the 3rd time and spoke with Sara. She was rude from the very beginning insisting it was our fault that there was no toilet paper, and insisting I should have left the day open for a manager to call me back so that I could have checked out at their whim. I have never dealt with people more unprofessional, rude, and calous in my life. I am a Hilton Honors member and this hotel is terrible! Do not stay here unless you love loud music all night long, terrible food, broken tubs, rude and lack of customer service, dog smells, ticks on the wall, no toilet paper, and filth!

Beautiful breakfast area, but no Verity and never served on time. Breakfast gets cold because all they do is put it in a LED lit box. House keeping barley knocks to avoid providing service. The question is a joke upon check out because it asks about parking and security, NO security at all no cameras to watch the parking garage. Truck was stolen December 19, 2023 right out of the lower garage and no concern what so ever by this establishment. Firmly believe the night clerk (guy) is associated with a theft ring!! Stay here at your own risk! As a longtime Customer with Diamond status, I know I won't be back at this particular establishment and feel my stay should be reimbursed!!!

Poor quality construction, very loud in rooms, didn't get any sleep for three straight nights. Staff was decent, but breakfast was awful (even shut down early on a Friday morning) nods.Door quit working after breakfast, maintenance didn't have batteries to fix it. Had to go to funeral without sport coat.Biscuits were rock hard.Dishwasher was very loud.Got large room for the table, it was 3x3 with 3 Ikea quality chairs.Couch was very uncomfortable.

We went to this hotel on Sunday for a concert. Everything in the nearby area was sold out. When we arrived, my friend and I tried to check in to our separately booked rooms. When I mention my friends name, the lady with the glasses stated "she's on the relocation list". I asked who was relocated where? And all she could say was "Expedia should have relocated her." We push a little more, and she tells us that on Thursday (3 days prior) they had to cancel about 10 reservations due to a plumbing issue. 3 days.. the entire general vicinity is sold out and she gave a 3rd party vendor 3 days to get another hotel. She wasn't in the least bit helpful. Said we could go to the Hilton 12 miles away, or call Expedia. We called Expedia, and they told us that Hilton HAD NOT cancelled the reservation, that on their end it was still valid, and that this is typical when a hotel overbooks. Expedia then called the front desk and within 2 minutes of getting off the phone with Expedia, Hilton calls us and says "we found a room." After telling us downstairs that there was nothing they could do for us, and there was absolutely no availability - suddenly, there's a room because we pushed back and called them out on shady sales tactics. They cancelled multiple Expedia reservations that day. My friend's reservation was ~$180 with taxes and fees. Booking now would be over $300. They realized it was a sold out weekend, attempted to cancel reservations that weren't making them enough money, and overbooked the hotel. The lady at the front desk was seriously no help at all. Hope it was worth it, Hilton. The hotel replied to us when we left our Google review. They stated they were "overbooked due to unforeseen circumstances", which just solidifies that the lady at the front desk outright lied to us about the plumbing issues. Wish I had gotten her name.

Low end budget hotel that cost over $300/night. Cheap uncomfortable bed, understaffed. Would not recommend.

Staff is really nice and the hotel is centrally located. However, it's poorly contracted and you can hear the person above you with each step they take. The hallways are loud and not well insulated from the rooms and since it's in a busy area, people are coming and going constantly. Stay here for convenience but definitely not comfort.

First I will start by saying the woman that checked us in last night was awesome. Recommended some places we really loved and was very sweet. Rooms seem clean, but have a strange musty smell that I can only assume was the dish washer. The sheets on the bed are super soft, but the lights and lamps dont work so its fairly dark. Now the worst part unfortunately the hotel can't really control. There are loud cars or cars playing loud music going by ALL night and very thin windows so you can hear everything. We also have someone that sounds like a contestant on my 600 lb life walking back and forth CONSTANTLY. Idk how there's so much to do in a tiny hotel room but we hear every single stop. Not a bad stay or bad room but make sure to bring good ear plugs because it's non stop noise.
