Our family, nine of us in three rooms, stayed here Thanksgiving night, November 28, 2024. I will say my room was spacious, but the ice machine on the floor we were on wasn't working. My granddaughter's lock on her door wasn't working and no other room was available. They need some maintenance completed.

I rarely give five stars, but after really thinking about ourstay here - I just can't think of anything negative.First, we booked this location using a "Hotwire Hot rate" - you basically "book blind", and you don't know what hotel you're staying in until after you pay - but you get pretty decent discounts. The location turned out almost perfectly between my niece's home and the church where her daughter (my great niece) was baptized. The location feels new - everything is clean, roomy, modern, and up to date. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful. I called before we arrived, because it was our first time traveling with our infant daughter and we overlooked something. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't accomodate my request (they may have been hamstrung because I made the reservation through Hotwire) -but I was left with the distinct impression they would have accomodated my request if it was available - regardless of how I booked.In general, every interaction I had with staff was great. As we were preparing for our car-trip home to San Antonio with our 6mo old, we asked the front desk if they could keep a freezer pack in the kitchen freezer so we could keep bottles cold on the way home. No questions asked, they took our cool pack, labeled it with our room number and got it back to us with no issues the next day.For us, this turned out to be a great stay - and the A/C in the room? OOOOHHH boy that was N I C E !

I have to say you should never judge a book by its cover because this Holiday Inn took me by surprise. I didn't have any expectations of this hotel because I've never stayed at a hotel in the states. My partner and I always book resorts/villas internationally so my knowledge of hotels is not extensive. My partner's brother booked us a three day and two night stay here with a king size bed which was heavenly. Our room was a decent size with enough room to store our belongings. The down side about staying here is that our room wasn't clean after we left for the day. I'm not sure if it's because we had to be out of the room at a certain time, but we saw housekeeping on our floor. We needed fresh towels and wash cloths. Also keep it mind that you may be better off going downstairs if you need anything. I wanted an extra blanket because it was cold. I tried calling downstairs, but there were several people waiting for someone to pick up. We decided to go downstairs to request the extra blanket. They serve complimentary coffee, tea and creamer. There's also a bar If you want to order food. Not sure if they provide room service at this time. I had a few cravings so we used Uber Eats which was perfect.

Really nice and clean place. I can tell it's a newer building which is super nice. Only complaint are that the walls weren't sound proof and the quiet time from 8 pm-6 am was not enforced. You can only imagine what I heard 3 am in the morning.. That was ridiculous but hey it's a hotel. The hotel staff was amazing- front desk and most of all the cleaning staff-Claudia in particular was so kind and always made sure I had enough supply of everything. The breakfast was super tasty too. It is on the pricey side so be aware. Overall this hotel being only a year old and having fantastic staff made it a wonderful stay. Would come back again for sure!

We arrived at the hotel in the evening on 10/27 Thursday. We were in room 432. that night first thing my husband went to wash his face and the sink spewed water from underneath bc the plumbing was not hooked up correctly. The night man(the same one the next night) told us we could move rooms- but had no king bed available, so we chose to stay and my husband hooked the pipe back up correctly. The next morning they had a maintenance man come and verify that it was hooked up correctly. Later that night I found a bug on the bed(very tiny) at approx 1am and was concerned, but we searched and could not find anymore more. My husband convinced me that it was nothing. The next day we were gone all day and evening. My husband went to sleep earlier than i did & I checked the bed before we did so. I was awake until very late and my husband woke up again and that is when he found a large bug. That was approximately 2:45am. I have pictures and videos of the bugs. We then stripped the sheets off of the bed and found more crawling on the bed and the sofa in the room. At that point, we called the front desk and the man said " oh I'm sorry". I then went with the bug that i had found the night before and a new bug we found to the desk and he just brushed me off. That was approx 2:56am We have never dealt with bugs before, so I looked up what should be done and we immediately showered, and i went to the desk to get some garbage bags for our things. the man was rude and finally gave me some bags. We then bagged up all of our things took them downstairs and tried to check out. The man would not check us out, was being condescending and making it like there wasn't a problem. I asked him what I should do next(bc I didn't know) and he said "just wash your clothes" I told him from what I read that wasn't enough to make sure I didn't bring an infestation into our friends home in East Texas, or our own home in Alaska. He then said "well if you already looked it up and know everything why are you asking me." my husband, then told the man he wanted a receipt (we were there for business- we own a business in alaska) and to be checked out and the man refused, and told us we would have to see the manager at 8am. We then left and my husband called at 8am three times to the manager and left a message. She finally contacted us after he had called a phone number for a woman named Lisa Lewis is the director of sales for the hotel. She assured us she would contact Rosie(the gm) and have her call asap. She called my husband at 9:51am 10/29 & they had a brief conversation where she stated she wasn't at the property and she was going to look into everything and call us back at 3 PM. During the day we went and purchased new clothing to change into a new suitcases, also went to the laundromat and laundered all of our things. She never called back and my husband tried calling her and left a message again(approx 5pm) she still never called back so this am my husband texted her and asked what she was going to do. She replied stating her house keeping staff told her the room was a mess(we left the bedding pulled back and towels on the floor) and they hadn't found any bugs, she was going to have a pest control company confirm. I will include pictures of the bugs with timestamps, and a screenshot of what Rosie sent us via text.Overall HORRIBLE experience and will Never go back. Bedbugs shouldn't be taken lightly!

Don't book a stay here if sleep is needed. New, clean hotel, but the walls have to be cardboard. I'm here for two nights and loud talking has kept me up both nights. It's 1:15 AM and there are four adults having a loud and alcohol-saturated party. It sound like they are standing right outside my door. Signs are everywhere asking people to wear masks, but both evenings, the front desk staff aren't wearing masks. I got a "go-to-hell" look when I asked her to pull her mask up from her neck to cover her mouth/nose. Lousiest two night stay I've EVER had at any Holiday Inn in my life for $300.00 (that doesn't include any breakfast.)And the bed is like sleeping on a yoga mat on a hard floor. No kidding.Can you tell I'm dissatisfied?

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. They were rude and uncaring. Their phones did not work and they were discriminating against people of a certain race as well as seniors and disabled. We saw this firsthand and would never go back and recommend that people boycott and do not go to this hotel.

WARNING!!! Disregard the general manager Rosie's response if she responds to this review too. It is all lies. I was calm yet firm and did not have to rush off. They claimed their system was down. Repeatedly they did not call me back, did not take care of my situation and still have not taken care of my situation. It is complete lies! Look at the other reviews it it's not just mine. She did not want to do anything to compensate me! She is an awful human being by my experience with her. She's obviously very miserable and does not know how to do her job. How she has a job there is beyond my understanding! As a business owner, I would never allow her to represent mine!Absolutely most unprofessional GM Rosie was rude, sarcastic, uncaring about the many problems that I experienced staying at this property! I travel a lot and this was the worst experience of my life!Go elsewhere and save yourself time, money, a headache dealing with lazy, inconsistent workers. They overcharged me, it's taken seven phone calls and still isn't corrected, nobody calls me back, I have to call them. The entire stay was frustration of multiple mistakes, a wrong wake up call at 4:00 am not meant for me, terrible communication on my breakfast package and how it worked, added charges to one of my two rooms that was incorrect. Took three trips to get my breakfast correct.I'm livid by their snarky unprofessional attitude!! Seriously, stay elsewhere when in Alliance/Ft. Worth, Texas!

Hotel "forgot" to release deposit funds on day of check out. I was advised funds should've been released day of. I have talked to 4 people total and I've gotten a different story on when funds were released, every single time. DO NOT STAY HERE- THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!
