Outstanding, high quality ingredients, and extremely allergen friendly. We had knowledgeable, friendly waiter. We had 4 completely different dishes (salmon bowl, salmon tacos, bison meatballs in the curry bowl, and a brisket bowl) and they were all great. Don't understand why this place is only 4.1 stars. Gluten free and dairy/egg free was very easy for one of us.

Came into here for lunch today. Sat at the table and wasn't greeted by a waitress for 10 minutes. She was nice. The place definitely had a laid back vibe. I did feel like I was sitting very low in the both and it felt awkward.Started with a Avacado Humus which was solid. Then had the Backyard Burger and the Crispy Campfire Chicken Sandwich. The burger didn't excite me at all. The bun was solid quality and held up well during the meal. My meat was a little undercooked and lacked seasoning. The veggies were a little frustrating due to using shredded iceberg lettuce and using the stalk portion of it. The pickles were the best part of the whole burger. The Crispy Campfire Chicken Sandwich was incredibly bland and honestly was boring to eat so I just stopped eating. Same thing with the veggies as the burger also. However there were no pickles on the chicken sandwich and it could have used it.The fries on both meals were old and actually over salted. Which was surprising because the sandwiches could have used that salt on the sandwich.

Great location, varied menu, good service. The flavors of the food didn't wow me like I had hoped.

Danni was amazing. I have a dairy allergy and she was sure to let me know what I could and couldn't have. Really patient and sweet with us. Would go back just for her. The food was amazing as well, I had the quinoa meatballs and was pleasantly surprised to hear the mashed potatoes were also dairy free which I never find. 10/10 experience.

I've visted HG Sply a few times for lunches with friends and have been satisfied each time. Their menu is simple but has many options to customize your dish to your liking. With so many possibilities to mix and match proteins, grains, and sides, you can try something new every time! The last time I visited, I tried the stir fry bowl with barbecue chicken which was healthy, colorful, and flavorful! We sat in the indoor dining area which is spacious with lots of natural light and views of the trail along the Trinity River. The wait was a little long, but it passed quickly as I caught up with old friends.

HG Sply never falls short for me. I think the menu is very wide and you can customize it to however you'd like, and you won't go wrong. My go to is grilled chicken, brussels sprouts, and roasted broccoli with a garlic aioli. But like I said, I think everything on the menu is a good choice. I've been both to this location and the one in Lower Greenville and I give this location just a little more favor because it's right by the water. However, I don't think you can go wrong with this restaurant at any location. They really stand by their statement of minimally processed food because everything always tastes fresh, wholesome, and like quality food. I like how laid back it is, and how much of the focus is on the food and gathering of the people. I love recommending this restaurant to people because you really can't go wrong with this place!

Love this place. The food always feels so fresh and when they open up the windows on a nice sunny day, it's an outstanding place to stay for a long lunch. I've never had a bad experience here; the servers are top notch.Today I had The Fried Rice bowl with quinoa "meatballs." It's my favorite thing there. I've tried to duplicate it at home to no avail.

Holy goodness! Why did I wait so long to try this place?! We had such a great visit here for my birthday lunch! The weather was perfect and it wasn't crowded yet - could be because it was Thursday around 11. We sat on one of the bench tables on the patio. The patio is much bigger than you first think it would be and you have a nice view of the Trinity River. Our server, I believe it was Jordan, was just awesome. He was tentative, made great menu suggestions, and even got one of my drinks and my appetizer comped since I declined a birthday dessert! That's winning service right there and I would go back just for him!Hubby ordered the fish tacos which came with fries. It was a lot of food! The tacos had just the right combination of fish and slaw. He also ordered the potato appetizer, but I can't remember the exact name. They were pretty good, but I'm not a super big fan of whole potatoes. I ordered the charred chicken thigh appetizer and the brussel sprouts appetizer. The brussel sprouts.....oh my lanta, they were delicious! Soft yet crispy, sweet and garlicky. Some of the best I've had. My chicken thighs were also cooked perfectly with the right amount of char and juicy. We were both very impressed by both the food and service. We agreed that we can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.

The area is located right by the river, and I'm sure it's a great place to sit and take in the sun on a beautiful day, lots of people outside and with their dogs, running, etc. The food was good, but nothing spectacular, ordered some brunch and the Bloody Mary was pretty good had a good spice to it. The server was a little rude for no apparent reason which was unfortunate. We came to watch one of the playoff games while we ate and it wasn't very busy so I'm not sure why the service wasn't great. I think I'm going to stick to the HG Supply in LG for drinks and gameday.

HG Sply is in a nice location on the banks of the Clear Fork of the Trinity River in Fort Worth, just off the Chisholm Trail Parkway. They have an interesting menu with minimally processed, responsibly sourced food. Burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches, bowls and heartier dishes with meat, fish and sides. They have a nice cocktail menu, too, that changes seasonally. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed, and you can park for free next to the restaurant in the garage.
