Value of the food is good-- can get a whole meal/curry dish with rice and naan for around $15. Food has good flavor. The ambiance however is not the greatest as sometimes it feels a little dirty. The place is always packed with people so sometimes it is hard to find parking and seating. Open late hours though so good for if you're hungry late at night

This is my perfect spot for tea and snacks but off late recently they have updated their offers and had a bad experience when I had to visit them only to know they didn't do buy one get one dosa on Thursday

Ah :( Came around 8pm and there was not much love with this place. The place is a sit in and clean up after self, but trashcans were full, staff not handling food cleanly. Not washing hands. Did not even eat. The food in the prices are mediocre for what you get.

We had an amazing time coming here although it was very busy even for a Tuesday afternoon. The food was amazing though - we ordered the samosa chaat, pani puri and masala dosa which were delicious. I wish there was more included with the pani puri but overall it was yummy. The staff were pretty friendly and gave us great recommendations as it was our first time there. Overall, a fun place to go to for a 4:00 tea time and a quick snack if you are in the Irving area.

Very good Indian food. It is essentially a restaurant counter in a supermarket. You walk up and order your food. Some appetizers are available immediately, but the rest is cooked in the kitchen. There is a large seating area with both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is quite large with, all of the Indian favorites you can imagine. Plenty of vegetarian options too. We ordered butter chicken and chicken vindaloo and both were served very hot. The flavor was great and the portions were quite large, and their naan is some of the best I have ever had.

Hello India is an Indian hang out Spot with Indian food and Groceries in Irving. This review is just for the Indian food pick up from there. One crazy place to be in the evening time. To be honest, I wasn't expecting any crowd on a Tuesday evening, but the line was almost starting at the door. But the best part is the quick service. Took around 2-3 minutes to reach to the front of the lineWe ordered Irani chai and snacks. They make the Chai right there. The serving counter was a little slow as the lady was waiting for the snacks to be ready. But still it was decent. We enjoyed the food. Loved the snacks which are fresh and delicious. They have a dining area towards the other side of the grocery store - clean and well maintained.

This place is really busy particular in the evenings. It's like a fast food chain but with Indian street food. They sell irani tea (chai) which is really good! There's always a huge line for the tea! Other than that, they sell all kind of Indian street snacks! The service varies as in some days the orders are pretty quick and Somedays it's pretty slow. The food is okay, mostly hit or miss. Somedays it's gonna be served hot and somedays too cold. It also had Indian grocery store inside so might as well grab few Indian ready made snacks.

We were there with some friends on a reunion trip. They had a lot of stuff but we were there for the tea. No complaints on the tea especially on a cold day. It was perfect and we could have had any number of cups. But they had dilpasand, it was super flaky and perfect amount of filling and sweet. Give it a try and you'll be hooked.Certainly going there next time we are in Dallas

Should rename the place "Bye! India" this place is garbage! The tea, you can smell the spoiled outdated milk they used! Chicken 65 was under cooked was too sponge. Crispy chicken was ok because most pieces were just coated so there was barely any chicken. And now the pang pouri omg!!! That is not pain pouri!! They used garam raagadho to fill in the pouri!!! Come on now hot pain pouri!??? And it a huge bowl of red onions! They need to look up what pain pouri consists of! When I asked why is the pani pouri filled with hot mix raagadho he looked at me funny and gave me attitude. I won't eat here again and definitely can't recommend this restaurant
