HD Liquid Catering

Great Experience with my family. This is the drink catering we chose for my wedding. I drink my bourbon neat, so going into this I was a little headstrong. I don't typically like fruity drinks but their variety seemed to fit the atmosphere of any crowd at a wedding. From cocktail hour to rehearsal or just sitting back and having a beer I would say this was a success.

We LOVED HD Liquid Catering! We hired them for our wedding and they operated flawlessly. They are seasoned pros and excel and events of this level. They made signature cocktails, tailored to my wife and I, and the guests absolutely loved them.. not to mention their setup looked incredible throughout the night. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately my experience was not like the other reviews here. HD came highly recommended to us and we were on a time crunch and didn't have much time to look into other options. Communication was fairly easy to start but it went downhill from there. I worked specifically with Tiffany and she was the most unprofessional vendor that I had to work with. She was very rude and could not keep to her appointments. She had the wrong date and instead of contacting me via email - like how we'd been communicating- she decided to tell me she couldn't leave me a message after calling me on the wrong day. We had to reschedule and she still could not get the time correct. Not sure why she thinks people sit around waiting for her to call them. After this, I really want to cancel the contract but kept it with the assurance that the bartenders are actually very pleasant to work with. We had multiple guests complain to us about a couple of the bartenders having a real bad attitude when serving drinks. One or two complaints wouldn't have bothered me - but a lot of our guests brought up the bartenders being an issue. They seemed annoyed that our guests were requesting shots - most of our guests are out of town and did not know that they were not allowed to pour shots. A simple explanation would have been sufficient but guests were met with a bad attitude instead. Quite disappointing. I will give them credit for accommodating our traditions but the bartender that followed us around seemed annoyed that they had to make that accommodation. If it was that much of an issue, they should have been upfront with us. We paid them quite a bit of money for them to work our event. Wish we would have gone with a different vendor. 0/10 would never recommend.

Wow. Absolutely amazing bartenders and drinks. My wedding would not have been the same without these guys. Their custom cocktails are better than anything else I have ever had and their staff is the life of the party.My guests said they were the best vendor I had and I think that's hard to disagree with.Things to know:1. Their cocktails are made with homemade ingredients and syrups and are very unique.2. They let you do a tasting to try out what will fit the vibe the best at your wedding. 3. Their bartenders are SO nice they will keep the party alive even if there is a line for a drink.4. Their pricing is right on par with their quality. 5. They offer other services like coffee & tea too! Which was a great treat for my non drinking guests.

I am a COVID bride.These are unprecedented times and in most cases we have seen the best in our vendors, unfortunately HD Liquid Catering is not one of them. Our venue cancelled on us less than a week out from our reception, four days to be exact. Our wedding/reception was scheduled to be Saturday March 21, 2020 and we were shut down by the city of Frisco on March 17.Not only was this situation hugely sad after a year of planning, while completely out of our control, it put a financial burden on us. To top things off, my husband contracted Covid and was hospitalized in isolation for over 2 weeks. When I reached out to HDLC, they refused to refund us and said we could use our investment as a "credit" for another event in the future. I find it very hard to believe it would be a hardship for this company to ensure a full refund be given considering the circumstances were completely out of our control. We do not have a need for any event of that size any time in the future.I would have loved to have given this company a great review as they came highly recommended, unfortunately our experience does not warrant that.To make money for no service in the middle of a pandemic is unconscionable.

This catering service is such an over priced disappointment. We booked them for our wedding and were promised services that were not delivered. We paid extra for a foam printing service that ended up being nothing more than wafers laid on top of the drink. Had we known in advance that this is what it would be we would not have paid for such an unimpressive disaster. Customer service was severely lacking and bartenders lacking in tact. Would not recommend wasting your money for a service that could easily be done by any other company for much cheaper and with better quality. Would not recommend.

Great service, great fun, and contributed to a great wedding experience! Terrific communication with Katie Tepp - she made everything so easy even when changes occurred. All bartenders were very accommodating with requests, very professional and friendly and guests gave many compliments to all of the above! Come on, you can't not hire the company with the slogan "Because no good story ever started with a salad". Love them!

These guys are amazing! I attended an event that they catered and Alex and Russell were amazing. They were so friendly and personable. I'd love to have they cater my wedding! Highly recommend

These guys are amazing- we've done lots of events with them for our business and they always go above and beyond. We have them at our monthly happy hours, large parties, and small cocktail class which are so fun and Chris is amazing at teaching them. Their whole team is professional, outgoing, and easy to work with. They arrive early, set up everything, make everything run perfectly through the event and then when it's over, quickly clean up everything and leave the space better than they found it. They also have *amazing* drinks!! They are hands down our best and easiest vendor to work with and would strongly recommend them for any size event. We love working with them!
