This place is disgusting!!! The manager was so rude and everything was a whole mess, the guys with the earrings thinks hes all that and would get into an argument with anyone! But let me tell ya something, ya aint worth no crap! i would give a 0

Been coming here since I was 6 years old and haven't had a bad experience ever except witnessing a whole cow getting gutted but smells the same after 25 years lol

Heard a lot about this place....soo.. wanted oxtails and refused to go to Kroger.... we got about 40 to 45 pounds of oxtails for 80 bucks.. two bags full.... wasn't busy because went dueling the day in thE week in the rain lol so we wee in and out.. will likely go back to check out the prices for goat

First time here at Hayes farm to get fresh chicken. The service was not bad, processing area is very clean compare to other places that have gone to buy fresh farm chickens. It's very organized from letting the gentleman know which chicken you want, whether is brown or white, Turkey, goat, pig that u wanted and they'll get it put it in the giant crate or cage and write your name on a piece of duck tape and that's your crate until the processing is finished. "Hint" bring your own bags and coolers with ice, or u can buy bag for 25cents each. It would be nice to tips those guys for the hard work that they are doing for us.

Best place for goat meat and fowl near me . Good price , nice staff especially like the guy at the goat meat , beef table . He has really good customer service

I bought 3 roosters and asked them to cut into pieces, but when I came home I saw that two of them were hens (there were eggs) and there was only one rooster (only one rooster head was there). I paid for 3 roosters, so they cheated $14.00 from me (hens are $7 cheaper than roosters).

Their smoked hams are one of the best we have ever had. Perfectly smoked and tender. It was a big hit for thanksgiving.

The service is so poor, the manager is Juan is very disrespectful. He don't know how to talk to customers

Wasn't happy with this place at all. Disorganized, messy even for a meat processing plant & inhumane. Instead of just chopping poultry head off with cleaver in one swing or wringing their necks, the guy sawed through the live birds neck. Tossed them in an oversized washing machine drum with running water so feathers and skin flew out at you. The process for waiting or requesting certain cuts isn't explained. Told one processor no organs (didn't listen, he was too busy shooting coworkers with spray nozzle even though he told me ok). Told the next processor I only wanted the breast meat & he cut several into quarters before I told him again only breast meat. You are expected to rake all cut parts into a bag with your bare hands and no mask, gloves, apron, etc. Got blood on my face from saw. Paid over $60 to "process" 21 birds & will never go back.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. We have been going here for the last 17 years for fresh and organic meat. We will not got there from now on as we have found clean facility in Dallas.The the customer service is getting worse over the years. Most of the employees are straight up RUDE. The butchers especially one with earrings thinks he is a CEO of the farm. He acts like he is ready for fist fights anytime and with anyone. The facility itself is filthy and reeking with smell of rotting and decaying animals. This time, there was one employee attending chickens and he was yelling to his customers including me. I asked him 'why are you yelling? why are you MAD?'. He shut up and I was looking for a manager to complain. Then there is this aforesaid butcher who needs to get fired immediately and send packing.I really hope this facility would change its rude employees with friendly ones or shut down completely.
