Yelp 100 Challenge 2023#48Park hours vary so be sure to check the website before pulling up. My family and I visited on a Sunday and made the mistake of arrive too early. The park opens at 11:30am on Sunday but feel free to arrive earlier because the wave pool umbrellas fill up quickly and you do not wanted to be left unshaded in the Texas Sun. Parking is free so no need to bring extra cash for parking.Hawaiian Waters provides floating tubes and lifejackets, so no personal floating tubes. Food OptionsTaco Truck Food Booth with Hotdogs, Cheeseburgers, Pizza, and Funnel Cakes to list a Few Dipping Dots Slushy Station And each ticketed guest gets to bring in a cooler of food for an additional $17. Hawaiian Falls is a great family get away with a nice lazy river and wave pool.

Huge water park with wave pool, lazy river, tubes, life vests for kids of all ages, and tons of slides for you enjoyment. Are the food prices high? Absolutely. But it's what you expect at such a large facility. We brought in snacks and water bottles for our kiddos to hold them over for a couple of hours. All adults pay child prices on Sundays. I put my phone in a locker so I didn't get a chance to take pics. But my little ones enjoyed it here!

High number of slides are still not usable in 2024 as in 2023.Multiple slides that are open have shifted and could cripple you by damaging your spine due to waterslides being constructed from multiple pieces.Beware!

This location is now called "Hawaiian Waters". We got there around 11am and it was easy to find 4 chairs. There were multiple large groups there (YMCA/Denton ISD) so the lines were longer waits but the food/drinks were good. We took one cooler bag with water and another larger bag with chips, towels and water toys. There was no issue with any of that. For three adults and one kid we spent about $65-$70 for meals/dessert/drinks. All in all it was a great day!

I've been coming here for years! It's one of the bigger water parks in DFW. I love the lazy river and the slides are great! There is a lot of great food options as well and lots of seating! Lots of fun

For 6 years, I've driven past this water park and never once thought about going. Until they hosted an Adults Only night. The first one was such a success, they did another this season. It was one of the best nights I've had this summer. The slides were fun, the lazy river was fun but the best time was in the wave pool. As the sun went down, we hung out in the wave pool drinking icy cold adult beverages. They had great music and island vibes video going on the big screen. Just a fabulous night. I hope they continue doing events like this!

I absolutely love coming here during the summer! Plenty of slides and options if you're bringing little ones not quite ready to find out what adrenaline is. The lazy river is always the best and there's plenty of floats so you can truly relax and let the water guide you. Also plenty of food options. Definitely recommend!

We bought the summer pass for Hawaiian falls because we read online that they had wave pool. Their wave pool is a joke!! They have the smallest waves I have ever seen. The waves are almost non-existence. Definitely will not be renewing our summer pass next year.Update: We tried visiting the Garland location and the waves in their wave pool is a little bit better. Why can't Colony location crank up their waves a bit????

My family loves this waterpark! You can easily spend the whole day there. We get a POGO pass at least once a year and always use our Hawaiian Waters tickets. Our favorite things to do are the lazy river, waterslides, and wave pool. There is a lot more to do but that's usually what we spend the most time on. They also have a sand volleyball pit and pool basketball!
