Did you know Hanabi means "firework" in Japanese? So basically... You'll have Firework Ramen. And I'll say... That's accurate! The broths will BLAZE your buds up! It's full of POWER, SPARKLE and a zip of DYNAMITE, while the noodles are EXPLOSIVELY soft and plush. It quickly became our favorite Fort Worth ramen upon first bite. What did we order?Black TonkotsuTan Tan Men(both 5 stars)What's the vibe? It's your typical ramen house. Will we go back? Can't wait to LIGHT IT UP again!

During a one-night stay in Fort Worth, we were craving ramen and decided to try Hanabi Ramen. My wife ordered the Tokyo Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen, and I had the Tan Tan Men. Both were flavorful and hit the spot, with rich broths and well-cooked noodles. Our son had the Chashu Don, and he enjoyed it as well. While we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, we have had better ramen elsewhere. The flavors were satisfying, but didn't quite reach the depth we've experienced at other ramen spots. That said, Hanabi Ramen still delivered a solid dining experience with a welcoming atmosphere and good service.Overall, we'd rate it a 4 out of 5, and we'd happily return for another bowl the next time we're in town.

Still the best ramen I've ever had. The price definitely matches the inflation of the time but so worth it. No complaints. Service was friendly and atmosphere relaxed at the bar. I miss it already ... till next time!

The food was ok. We had tako yaki and black tonkotsu ramen. For the ramen, the eggs weren't jammy and the broth had a bitter flavor to it that didn't quite fit. The noodles were cooked perfectly though. For the tako yaki, they were cooked really well but the batter didn't taste seasoned. The place itself was really cute with pretty calligraphy on the walls. The service was pretty mediocre. Our main waitress was fine but other ones that came by to give us water or boxes seemed put out to have to help us. When we left I said thank you to two of them on the way out and they ignored me.

Overall good experience coming here for a weekend lunch. Service was good. I got their half and half and choose their miso and black tonkatsu ramens. I also got a side of fried rice, which I was craving. I love when restaurants offer a half and half or some sort of sampler option on their menu so I can try more of a variety of dishes. I enjoyed the tonkatsu but found the miso rather unexciting. The noodles were a good firm texture however the half eggs (ajitama) were overcooked. The fried rice was good too though in retrospect I wish I had just ordered extra noodles for the ramen as the side rice wasn't worth the cost of $6.

This restaurant was highly recommended by a friend. I don't think I would have found it otherwise, but I'm sure glad I did. Interior has a nice Asian minimalist decor and a kitchen that opens into the dining area. Server, Sue, was prompt and friendly. I ordered the Kara Miso Ramen which is marked hot/spicy. I found it to be about a 3 on the 1-5 heat scale, which was perfect for me, and the broth was delicious. A friend that went with me ordered the Seaweed Sandwich, which we had never seen before. It's about a half sheet of seaweed spread with white rice and folded over. The inside is filled with seasoned meat, grilled onions, and other good stuff. She said it was "to die for". Prices are reasonable and we will definitely be back to try more of their interesting dishes. I highly recommend you give them a try.

We ordered edamame, fried squid fingers, takoyaki, black garlic tonkotsu ramen and spicy miso ramen. This place had good ambience and friendly staff. The ramen was okay, the appetizers were also okay, nothing amazing but nothing terrible. Just something that I can eat if I'm hungry. The pork chasu that arrived in our ramen was actually kind of cold and our edamame arrived even after we got our ramen which was odd to me. I would definitely go to other ramen spots in town before choosing to go to this one.

I mistakenly ordered ramen from another place beginning with a H in my haste while working. YUCK! It was tasteless, and the noodles soaked up all of the broth. It was not packaged as Hanabi does it.Their way makes abundant sense, broth, and accouterments are separate. What I ended with was a bowl of paste tonight. YUCK.I will take better care WHERE I order my ramen in the future - lesson learned!Name of the inferior restaurant (meat is sticking in and on my teeth like cement glue... now as I am typing while experiencing their product - reviewing "while in the moment"). Now where did I put that dental floss and toothpicks?Hokkaido - NOT recommendedHanabi Ramen & Izakaya Fort Worth off Camp Bowie HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
