Halmae Kalkooksu Korean Noodle & Dumplings

The food here is surprisingly delicious. It is a tad on the pricey side and the food takes a long while to come out. It's a very good option for that food court.

I ordered the spicy cold noodle dish. The price on the paper sign and on the electronic sign did not match to the dish when it was rung up. The food was mediocre and tasted as if it was made from the Asian market packaged cold noodle soup. I also asked for a to go box and was charged 50 cents for one small box. I personally wouldn't come back, but maybe other things on the menu may be worth it?

Spicy seafood noodles were a joke. I haven't tried any other menus and will not. I do not recommend the menu I had.

Was starting off by the food was good, but for the portion size that I ordered was not worth the price I ordered jap chae noodles with chicken on the side. I got about four pieces of chicken and the plate pretty much had any noodles on it. I was expecting it to come in a bowl for the price that I paid with tip. It came out to about 18 something

Oh my goodness!! We were a little fuzzy when we ordered yesterday morning... intended to order 6 sets of soup dumplings. Instead we'd ordered 6 dumpling soups... well, we were having a party for a birthday friend of ours and had to order the soup dumplings as well...I'm so glad we made the mistake and ended up having to try their dumpling soup too! The broth was light and the dumplings sooo good! All homemade by the mom and daughter. Soooo good!

I got the mandu sujebi. The sujebi was store-bought, and the Mandu was the beef BiBigo Mandus from Costco. My husband's seafood noodles were similar- store bought ingredients with few additions. That gave me no confidence about the broth. If you need a quick lunch at a cheap price, maybe, but you can make it at home after shopping for the same ingredients at Zion mart for half that price. Beware.

The customer does not get the benefit of the doubt. The menu is in korean, without descriptions of the items. When I ordered I made it clear that I can't read Korean, pointed at the pic wjth noodle and requested the noodle soup plus the dumplings. The cashier didn't pay attention and gave me a dumpling soup Without noodles. My kids were disappointed. I asked if I could buy extra noodles, the cashier said I have to order a new order for $12 for the noodles. Rude. I will never come here again. The noodles are dumplings are moderately okay, a better place would be the dumpling restaurant near Hmart.

The soup wasn't bad but considering the amount of seafood that goes into this noodle I could tell they were using a lot of MSG and artificial seasoning to make it taste seafood-y and spicy.

my picky son says five stars. best place ever and ate the entire non-spicy korean ramen bowl and chicken dumplings dishes. my bulgogi dumplings were yummy. I enjoyed what we ordered very much.

Food overpriced and worst dumplings I've hade.Service horrible. Gave us one set of chopsticks for the 6 of us to share. Asked for more and said they wouldn't give us any. Eat everywhere else but here.
