Holy goodness! Their food is delish and they have Gluten Free options! They have gf sub rolls, and their chicken parm is gf! The fries were also so good! Im thankful my neighborhood had Hale on Wheels here for a dinner option tonight! Can't wait to try some of their other items.

The loaded fries are a god send. Whatever you have that need to be cured. It will. Sausage, meatballs, chicken parm... all with sauce and all the good veg. Madonn, the only reason if you won't order it is if you're animale.

BEST SERVICE BEST FOOD BEST BEST BEST. They accommodated my gluten preference, brought unsweet tea for me. They served 50 of us for a conference. Local family business. I couldn't write enough nice things to describe how I would always always always book them, and stop by when I am in town. My client was there with me, literally born in Sicily...LOVED their food. Meatballs...just wow, loaded fries, the sausage was insane good, but the eggplant and chicken parm...I can't explain HOW out of this world good it was and I am an excellent cook. I am almost glad I don't live in this state they are in bc I would gain 30 lbs quick!!! BOOK THEM.

I found Hale on Wheels at Truck Yard in Fort Worth. I was looking for a food truck to serve at my wedding and after tasting the sliders, I knew that this was exactly what we needed.Fast forward to the day of the wedding, the truck and crew arrived on time and ready to serve our guests. Joe made sure to accommodate some special dietary requests and I heard nothing but compliments about the food. Leading up to the event, communication was perfect. Planning the wedding as a whole was understandably strestful, but Hale on Wheels made the food portion as easy as possible. I can't say enough nice things about them. Thanks again for being awesome!

Had their parm chicken sub and tenders. The bun was super soggy (bun not toasted) and the chicken tenders were SO dry you could barely bit or chew through them. This was the same experience our whole group had. And over priced for the size and quality.
