We have been going to Gymboree over a year now and we still love it! All the instructors are great! One instructor in particular stole my daughters heart. Ms.Bayan, she has been there just as long as we been going. We have taken her classes and my daughter has warmed up to her and can't wait to see her at our next class. she truly takes her time with all the kids and give them one on one attention. It doesn't matter how full her class can get. That doesn't unnoticed. I love seeing how excited my daughter gets when we arrive to Gymboree. So, thank you Bayan and everyone for making it a good experience for us.

We love coming to Gymboree!! My son is almost two and he loves the classes. They are the perfect amount of instruction and free play and he also enjoys the songs and music! It's especially key to come in the summer months as it provides somewhere to move around and have fun in a cool environment!! The teachers are all great and customer service is awesome = super responsive! Also I love the smaller class sizes, usually 4-8 kids so not too crowded! Highly recommend

I'm not sure how this place has such high reviews. Maybe no one that goes here has ever visited another Gymboree in a different city. I use to take my daughter to the one in Chandler Arizona and they were ACTUALLY great. It was fun! They would start the class with a sing along song, do free play for about 5 mins while they set up an area of focus like animals or a "row boat" then have a song to que the babies on what we were about to do. They'd sing the same bubble song and the same ending song so the babies knew exactly what to expect next and when it was over. This location doesn't seem to know how a developing babys mind works. A baby needs repetition. I've gone three times and every time it's different. (Not talking about the activities) My daughter tries to sing along/clap to songs but she's thrown off because they keep changing it.All they say is "hello and welcome to Gymboree. Today we have obstacle courses. Have fun!" We're pretty much paying a lot for our baby to play at an indoor playground at this location.Lastly, why would you stamp my child?! Without asking me??I was asking one of the instructors about the new location opening up in Frisco (because this place just sucks) and the other instructor came up and stamped my kid when I wasn't looking. I don't want ink in her skin! Do not ever touch my child without my consent.RESPONSE TO OWNER:I appreciate you responding and I would love to speak more to elaborate whenever is best for you. I just wanted to add that I had been taking my daughter to a different location in Arizona from the time she turned 3 months old until we moved (at 10 months) we would go weekly, if not twice a week. So I am very aware of the structure you guys use and it's what made us keep coming back. The Southlake facility team members (at least the ones I have encountered) are very slobbish in the way they present themselves and it doesn't seem like they are really teaching anything unfortunately. Maybe we just have high expectations due to experiencing a different atmosphere.

We've loved our experience at Gymboree Southlake! All the teachers there are phenomenal and really take the time to get to know the kids. They allow the kids space to explore and have a good time, while also providing structured activities in the play and learn classes. The music classes are also fun for all ages - the teachers are trained musicians and even play their own instruments in class! It's also so welcoming for parents and caretakers - not only do little ones get fun time, but instructors also give adults tips on how to play and extend learning at home. They also keep things clean and sanitized, and it feels incredibly inclusive. We love growing and learning here!

I started bringing my almost 2 year old son here last month and I wish I had discovered it sooner. I love seeing him in the Explorers class and Ms. Bayan especially is so great with us. The current Summer schedule allows me to let him play after during Open Play. It provides him with a bit more consistency in the place, staff, and children/parents that we weren't getting by taking him to parks/indoor play places. He is learning words/actions/concepts that I am trying to reinforce at home. It's so cute that he's begun clapping for himself when he does something. There is a new Frisco location opening, but the pricing is not comparable and I have fallen in love with the Southlake staff anyhow. So glad I found this place to watch my little dude learn songs & dances, and safely play with other kids. He's a good climber, so this gym is great. I've heard & seen that other kid's gyms are more gymnastics focused and the equipment at Gymboree is good for that, but I like that the classes are more about taking turns, fun concepts, learning words/actions, etc. as opposed to physically challenging tasks. I've yet to try an art class or music class, so I'll be sure to give an updated review when I have.

Let me say that as a new grandmother seeing my grandson play and learn and enjoy is so great ! But I am here to review Mr JC ! This guy is awesome with children so very encouraging and even when your child has a mini meltdown the amount of encouragement he puts forth was so great to see and experience ! This guy needs a raise ! I found myself acting better by the end of it lol ! Great time !

My two sons (3 & 5) love the art and music classes at Gymboree, as well as the summer camps. We feel comfortable leaving them here in the care of the wonderful staff. And they learn a ton while having fun.

Not sure where to start because the employees and the owner are clearly not aligned. One side gets and is great at customer service, and the other is all about the bottom line. Nickle and dime you wherever they can. Booking my daughters party was just downright annoying. So many boundaries. You get 120 minutes for the mini party, BUT 30 minutes is dedicated for setup and clean up. After back and forth through email, they just gave me the block of time I paid for to coordinate as I would like. I decided to add on an extra 30 minutes just to be sure there was enough party time. A note for anyone reading this. You do not need the extra 30 minutes. Also, my party started while I decorated, and it worked out perfectly. Just be sure you do not take an assistance for decorating offered. The staff offers assistance with no hidden agenda, but when the owner goes back over the bill, she will tack on the decorating help. So, it is sneaky! My daughter was a little under the weather, so she had some fun and I really appreciate Bebis playing with her. She is awesome and if she owned this place it would be amazing. They give you two free classes, unfortunately I will not use because I just have a bad taste in my mouth.

Gymboree has been a game changer for our child. We've seen remarkable progress, and our child's confidence has soared. We are beyond grateful to the dedicated staff and the wonderful program they offer. I wholeheartedly recommend Gymboree to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their child. The staff here are exceptional. They are not only highly trained professionals but also incredibly caring and attentive to the needs of each and every child. They create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that immediately put us at ease. My child has gotten close to instructors JC and Jenny. He looks forward to seeing them every week for music class. During music the kids get to play with drums, dance with scarves, and even pick instruments out of a big box! I feel like a kid can really be a kid here. As a first time mom I didn't really know how to keep my baby busy and also give him the enrichment he needs but coming here has made that easy for me. I have purchased many of the items we use in the classes to have purposeful play with my baby at home, so even I am learning!

This place ( In Southlake , Texas) is amazing. I had no idea what to expect when I walked in with my grandchildren. They allowed the children some time to play only with their parents. There was no feeling of being rushed. There was plenty to explore and the boys really enjoyed it. Then slowly they integrated with the children and parents. By the time they lead the children into song and dance, my boys were no longer acting shy but really became a part of the experience. The personal were so lovely. They truly were helpful and made us all feel more than welcome. I cannot say enough.
