Looking for a new healthy lunch spot in the area? Look no further! This place has delicious, fresh and healthy food options. I stopped here for takeout and was not disappointed. I ordered the Tropical Shrimp Salad Wrap and a matcha iced latte. Both were perfectly prepared. The shrimp in the wrap were really succulent and cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the pairing with fresh chunks of mango. Their matcha is really good and not too bitter. I just ordered the plain iced matcha with almond milk. They are a little on the pricey side but I think the prices were well justified for excellent quality. It looked really cozy inside with plenty of seating.

This was a delightful stop in the middle of our day. All day breakfast, delicious coffee, sandwiches, paninis, and salad. The chocolate chip cookie was perfect. Highly recommend stopping and supporting this business in Parker Square. Everything we had was perfect. Owner was super sweet. Staff was cheerful and welcoming. Great place to stop in with a computer and eat some food.We ordered the Good Morning Bagel, Golden Garlic Chicken Panini, KISS latte, Blueberry bliss latte, and a chocolate chip cookie (which I order everywhere because I make themself) this one was perfecto.

We absolutely love going to this place for lunch. The sandwiches are top notch. The service is great, and the staff is very welcoming and perfectly pleasant. Atmosphere is intimate. While the tables are close, I don't feel cramped or uncomfortable at all. Definitely can sit back and relax and enjoy my lunch and whatever tea I've chosen. Will say the chicken salad and the open faced avocado are my absolute two favorites. My SO is still obsessed with their turkey. Nothing will get him to change his order past that. Highly recommend!

Immediately knew this spot was going to hit as soon as we walked in to a busy and lively atmosphere. The interior of this place is beautiful with all the natural light coming in. There isn't too much seating so plan accordingly, but you order at the counter then seat yourself. We ordered a salmon bowl, a panini and their breakfast bagel. All the dishes were a hit! Everything had just the right amount of flavor and were so delicious we left no crumbs. Love that it's an Asian owned spot with subtle Asian flavors influencing their dishes.

Don't let the name fool you! This is a great place for a great meal. I love the ambiance and you can't beat the staff. The place is family owned and we had a great convo with the owners. They truly care about their customers and what they serve. We got a sandwich and a wrap and both were excellent. This joint really reminds me of some of the great healthy sandwich shops that you would find in CA. Make sure to stop by and enjoy a great meal!

On my second visit to Grutogi I got the Mediterranean Salad. My friend had it last time I was there. I loved my Chicken Salad Sandwich, but wanted that salad! It is delicious. I cannot wait to go back and try some other menu items. I had the Sparkling Lime drink this time and it may have been even better than the Blueberry one. Love this adorable restaurant and their friendly employees.

The chicken salad sandwich is excellent! It is served on warm toasted thick grain bread with lettuce and tomato. The chicken salad has chicken chunks, grapes, almonds, cranberries...so good! A small cup of grapes came with the sandwich. Their iced tea tastes freshly brewed. The lighting, pillows, and art create a calm, peaceful environment. The people working were extremely nice and even came by our table to check on us.

If you are looking for a peaceful retreat to enjoy the cutest little breakfast/lunch spot in town you must come check out this place!As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the most genuine people and the cutest interior filled with so many plants!I ordered the Mediterranean Bliss Bowl and my husband tried the Farmhouse Brisket sandwich - both were so fresh and delicious! I also ordered the salted foam cold brew drink which was crazy good! It was our first time here and Hannah was very helpful in helping me decide what to get from the menu. In my opinion, this is the cutest lunch spot in Flower Mound. There are so many yummy items on the menu to try so we are definitely making this a regular lunch spot and will be back again soon.

Great new addition to Parker Square. Today is the soft opening and we can't wait to try some of their menu items. Came here for breakfast and ordered the Good Morning Bagel and Lox Bagel. Also added the Blueberry Bliss Latte to our order. Ambiance gets 110%. Love how inviting this place is. Food review to follow :)
