No screen time here, and none needed. Incredibly talented performing artists mesmerize little ones and adults as they make their puppets come alive and interactive with the audience. The staff and entertainers are extremely kid-friendly and focused, offering explanations of how the puppets work and opportunities for photos with them. A delightful experience for our family.

Okay I was looking for something out of the ordinary and quirky to do with my kids (we live in Frisco) and this was definitely it. This theater feels like you just stepped back in time. It is quaint and magical and the staff are so very friendly and accommodating. There's a snack bar with nachos and popcorn and candy, too.The show was super cute with some fun special effects. We saw The Little Mermaid and I was impressed with how closely they were able to keep with the story that kids know and love. They did have to change some of the character's names and appearance (for copyright reasons, I'm sure) but none of the kids seemed to mind. They have a princess breakfast show coming up and I am considering taking my daughter back again for that. A very fun experience at a hidden gem!

What a great find. Different, fun, entertaining and just right. I chose to do my own decoration and the party came to live with their excellent puppet show. Everyone was delayed and most important my kids and their friends had a blast. Thank you for providing memories to treasure.

Groupon deal allowed me to take my son and schoolmate out to celebrate the end of the school year. Puppet theater in basement of hotel. Sells snacks and trinkets to take home. Has mailing list of shows. You have to pay for parking but they will validate.

What a surprise to find such a quaint little place in the bowels of the Hilton Anatole. Took the grandcub to see Jack and the Beanstalk and we both had a great time. The ambiance is great-they obviously took a lot of time designing their space, and it was worth it. The staff are all extremely friendly and love showing the kids how the puppets and marionettes work. The show itself is fun and not long, so little ones do not have the opportunity to become bored. After the show the kids were taken on stage for pictures with the marionettes and then backstage to see how things worked. They all seemed to be having a great time. Also make sure to get the reduced parking pass-takes the parking down to 5 bucks! Can't wait for the next production!

This place is absolutely magical! My three year old and I were equally enchanted from the moment we arrived until we left with a puppet of our own. I'm always looking for opportunities for my son to experience and support live theater, this was a perfect activity for our weekend visiting Dallas. The artists at Geppetto are truly world class and do an extraordinary job. We learned so much and had so much fun, it was unique, fascinating and delightful at every turn, and a rich, fulfilling hour! Thrilled to support small business too!!! I'm so happy knowing that Geppetto's is in the world, everyone should go!

OMG. That is about all I can say. Ok, so maybe I can say more. This place and the staff are freaking awesome. It's great for kids, but also great for adults. In this digital age, they are bringing this lost art back to life. I suggest that everyone needs to go see them in action. It's kinda hidden. But most gems are. Just awesome.

I used a Groupon to take myself and five other relatives to see Jack and the beanstalk. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the show. The whole ambiance of the gift shop, show, puppets, back stage access along with all of the friendly employees was a wonderful experience. We are planning to come back to see Little Mermaid.

Terrible experience. We pre-booked the show with Groupon vouchers. My children were super excited. When we arrived they overbooked and there was no room for us. Kids cried and this awful people ruined our Sunday. Never again
