New management does not care about customers. Our guests were left without food. The management refused to help. They left us on our own.

This place Funasia needs big time renovation to change of their worn out seats in particular. Bathrooms needs to be cleaned regularly, smells bad. It is the only place for Indian diaspora to get movie entertainment and use of banquet halls. Hope some one will take a note of it and do the needful to serve the community so that everyone comes to watch movies with liking rather going to other places. Thank you

They must have sold to new owners because the quality and cleanliness has gone way down. The movie was supposed was supposed to start at 6:10 10 mins later and the screen is OFF not even an ad or preview. The furniture is either ripped or broken. It's really sad since this place see to be so great

Absolutely disgusting theater! I have no idea how this place continues to be open despite its being so dirty and unsanitary. Especially a concern in these Covid times! Used to be a nice place to watch the latest Bollywood movie but now it seems like a rundown wreck of a place. Seats were torn and extremely uncomfortable. And the food served was stale and unappetizingly presented. Never again will we be visiting this place!

So, while I'm not the biggest fan of this neighborhood, I really do love this movie theater! There aren't many places that show foreign films, much less those in Indian languages. I highly recommend it if you want to watch foreign films as soon as the come out.The theater isn't always super clean, but it's definitely a fun unique night out. It just gets way too messy right after a show - so I really recommend going to a lot of the shows after the very first one. However, if you make the first show of the night, it's quite enjoyable.Also a heads up, if you aren't familiar with Indian films, they do last at least 3-4 hours. Plus, most theaters have at least a 30 minute intermission so don't forget to account for that if you're planning other events that night.

This place reminds me of retro movie theaters we used to have in India, back in the days. I go to this place simply for that reason - to reminisce. The theater hall and seats are ordinary. The audio and projection quality is decent. The samosa chat they serve is yum, though sometimes i have felt that they refry the samosas which leave an oily taste in your mouth.

This is a poor company to work for. They will sell you a dream and will not care about your concerns or questions. I have worked here for 6 months and this is the worst job I have ever had by far. Managers talk to you like your a child and there is no two way communication with this company. Managers tell employees what to do no questions asked. So if your looking for a entertainment company that will help you please do not waste your time they will treat you with no respect at all. 1 star is giving them too much credit. If I could give zero stars I would.

The movie theater did not have much people like previous visit and inside needs some attention for cleanliness and upgrades. They need to upgrade better and comfortable seats and pay attention to maintenance and upgrades. The food was pretty good. We order veg pizza with pineapple toppings which was generous amount of pineapple toppings and we loved it.

This business is the worst business that you could find today. We came here a lot and I order the plain achari pizza. Every time i come they always mess it up and add vegetables. The customer service is horrible despite the fact that it is a failing business. Please don't support this business because it doesn't deserve support. There was a rubber band in the food. If i could give this place zero stars believe me I would.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - DON'T GO1. At Richardson location, They forget the password for the projector, I mean come on, get your act together.2. No Video, Only Audio. It's called a MOVIE, you are suppose to WATCH it too.3. They give us re-admit passes to use it within 15 days AT ANY OF THE 3 LOCATIONS. Guess what, we go to the Irving location the next day and sat there for 30 minutes and then we are told that we can only use those stubs at the Richardson location.4. Now, I am too pissed to watch anything and I want my refund, but I have to go to Richardson location to get my money, because obviously according to them I have nothing better to do.5. There is this thing called Value for Money, these guys haven't heard about it.
