Honestly !!! Worst seating , no staff , they named it fun movie grill.. but it's a horrible movie theater with no staff, literally the guy at the cafeteria was complaining that he was short handed,(I don't blame him )never coming back. Please do not waste your money. If I ever meet the owner I would like to teach him few Management skills. Poor management!!!!!Worst sound system too.

Irving location. Old theater. Bad food. Extremely uncomfortable seats. Not coming back. Half way through the movie the lights came on. Ruined the whole experience. Commercials on Fun Asia Radio made it seem like such a great place.

I got hardcore baited by this place. My friends and I found this theater through a Google search and saw that they had set up an outdoor screen for drive-in movies. We picked a showing for the drive-in and drove separately, around 30 min each, to get there. We went to the front to order tickets, but all the doors were locked. After waiting a few minutes, an employee came out and informed us that they had stopped showing movies on the outside screen, and our only option was to go inside to watch a movie. We were like "no thanks bro" and yeeted out of there real quick. I am not trying to watch a movie inside a theater during a global pandemic. Thank goodness we didn't purchase tickets online--there were actually some unfortunate folks who bought online tickets and were waiting in their cars for the movie to start (don't worry, we let them know that there was no movie). I am just so confused as to why they still advertised the drive-in showtimes and literally had a ticket purchase option online if they stopped showing the drive-in movies. I was actually so sad because I had really been looking forward to the movie.

As a nearby resident, you can't beat the location or the ticket prices ($6 per person). The theater is under new ownership and appears to have some growing pains. It is understaffed with one person doing the tickets, one person behind the bar and one person with the concessions. We would of purchased drinks and popcorn had there not have been such a long line. The bones and cosmetics of the theater are beautiful as it was previously The Venetian- it just looks a little run down right now. The chairs are leather with a recliner and a foot rest. We would return. Best of luck to them!

The owners to employees won't care. They don't know how to run the business. It's unfortunate from safety lights and employees safety. Clueless Spoke to higher up ( owners assistant and Vidhya ) both promised to have and involve the owner on certain things that took placed. No one has called me- 5 days passed. Wrong tickets, constant movies changes, new rules, worst district manager who throws people out of the theater (bunch of customers got upset and he decided to throw everyone out) to owners. 0 business skills- Learn how to operate a business folks- city has been notified about no lighted theater after movies starts, even person with 0 business skills would know you should have this.

There service was down , they didn't give us a seat number and they couldn't give us change. After getting seated we had to move seats two times because of our ticket situation and after going to ask for a refund they STILL asked me to go back into the playing movie theater to look for my tickets... don't recommend at all even if the prices are low the quality is bad the theater was not cleaned and manager was no control over what's going on

Came here on father's day to see Jurassic Park with my son. For some reason they weren't able to charge my card even though I showed them I had more then enough money to cover for the ticket in my bank. Offered to pay cash wouldn't accept any other payment or try to help in any way. I would not come to this place unless I have purchased tickets online. Not family friendly place at all. Stay away like fire

Screen 10's ceiling has no cover to hide the air ducts/vents, and they rattle constantly. It is audible and distracting throughout the movie. Simple fix, but the theater makes no attempt to solve the problem.Trailers/ads before the movie only play sound from the front speakers.One time, we were not given seat numbers on our ticket and another group had to move once they got to their assigned seats which were the same as the seats we had taken (they were nice enough to choose other seats as we had already settled down).Avoid this theater unless you have a Groupon.

The welcoming staff was amazing and helpful. The seats in our movie were extremely comfortable as well. But in the beginning the previews for the movies coming out in the future kept going black for a few seconds. At first i didn't feel like that was a big deal. But with 15 minutes left in our movie our showing froze. We were left waiting with a black screen for an extra 20 minutes. Which is annoying when you have work the next morning and you go to a night showing.
