Just purchased a Willy Wonka CE from Craig last Friday and was delivered and set up today. Awesome service from answering my many questions last week in the store, following up to advise shipping details, testing at their shop and a quick delivery this afternoon. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next purchase.#fun!billiards#jerseyjackpinball#willywonka

I bought a Ghostbusters pinball machine a little over a year ago. Carlos and I LOVE it! About a month later some of the playground was dark. Craig and company did everything to fix it at no cost to me (it was under FUN warranty). After sending a guy out twice they picked it up, fixed it at their shop, and brought it back. I am writing this now because Craig just walked me threw a new problem I had with the machine. The pinballs were not being found to load and play. He took 45 minutes of his day to try everything (over the phone) to fix the problem so I would not have to pay a tech to come out. We fixed it, and I learned a lot too! Bottom line: These people care!

Great shop! Huge selection of pinball, pool tables, air hockey, and arcade video games. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. If you are in the market for some rec-room goodies, this is the place!

I bought a pinball machince and got a very good price.2 weeks after I bought the machince a metal piece broke off the playfield. I also had a couple small quirks, but those were all understandable considering the machine is 20 years old.I called and then brought it back. They completly fixed something I would have had to pay LOTS to get fixed, and they fixed it for FREE.It had been more than 2 weeks before I brought it back and I love the machine and I've almost never gotten such great service! Now I'm gonna get off yelp, and go play my game.BTW it's Last Action Hero Pinball game.

Cool pool tables and pinball machines. I'm very disappointed that I paid $20 just for them to glue a tip on my stick. They didn't shape it or anything.

In January, 2022 I purchased two new-in-box Stern pinball machines from Craig Hassell and Fun! Billiards & Gameroom Superstore. In March, I took delivery of one of the games, which was malfunctioning upon delivery. Not only did Craig Hassell refuse to repair the game; he refused to let me take possession of the second game I had paid for in full, issuing a refund only after I got law enforcement involved.I initially went to Fun! Billiards & Gameroom Superstore in early January and put deposits down on the two games, one of which was to be delivered in March, and the other in April. The business owner, Craig Hassell, agreed to:1. Provide home delivery of the two new-in-box Stern pinball machines2. Deliver both machines for a single $150.00 delivery fee3. Provide a 30-day warranty under which he would send a technician out to repair any issues with the gamesThe problems began in March when the time came for Fun! to deliver the first game. Hassell informed me that he would now have to charge TWO $150.00 delivery fees after initially agreeing to deliver both machines for a single delivery fee (as written on the bill of sale he provided me).He also informed me I would not be receiving new-in-box machines, as it is his business policy to unbox, set up, and "check out" the games prior to delivering them. I was reluctant to accept an unboxed game, but went along with his policy. However, upon delivery, the first game had two very obvious malfunctions that should have been caught when the game was being "checked out" at his store (I believe, in fact, that Hassell delivered a used game to me that he had been using as an in-store floor model).I contacted him about repairing the issues with the game, which at first he agreed to do. But when I didn't hear back from him regarding the repair, I contacted him again to see if his technicians might repair the game when they came out to deliver the second game I had purchased. This time, Hassell refused to honor his 30-day warranty altogether, telling me instead that I would have to contact the game manufacturer, Stern Pinball, to see if they could help (Stern's policy, of course, is that all repair orders must go through a dealer). When I expressed my dissatisfaction and told Hassell I would be writing a review, he became angry and told me he would be selling my second game (which, again, I had paid him for in full) to someone else.Having by this time researched Fun! and Craig Hassell on several popular pinball collector/buyer forums on the Internet, I found that Fun! Billiards & Gameroom Superstore had a reputation as one of the most unscrupulous and disreputable pinball dealers in the United States. One of my most appalling discoveries was Hassell's history of selling one game to more than one customer and then refusing to issue a refund to the losing customer (he was caught in a number of careless, blatant lies on the Pinside pinball forum, where one customer had awaited his refund for months while being told by Fun! the "check is in the mail").In my case, when I mentioned to Hassell that I would be writing a review, he replied that I was "threatening" him (only someone who knows they're not doing business on the up-and-up would consider the potential of an honest customer review to be a "threat"). In the end, Hassell refused to allow me to take possession of the second game I had paid him for in full (which was a gift for my 5-year-old grandson). He did issue a refund, but only after I got law enforcement involved.I'm reporting here what happened to me so folks can make informed decisions about doing business with a company that has a verifiable track record of unhappy customers. I encourage potential customers to visit the rec.games.pinball and Pinside online forums to research this company's horrendous history of customer dissatisfaction. With the kind of money involved in pinball purchases these days, it's totally your choice as to whether or not you make the mistake of assuming it won't happen to you.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!This is with as much restraint that I can muster.I purchased a classic pinball machine Flash Gordon for 7K.It was sold to me with the line- This is completely restored and gone through. That was BS- the Pinball came to me with scratched glass, and it HAS NEVER WORKED correctly. I have asked for the wty of 30 days to be upheld... and not until I got pissed did Craig make any attempt at resolution on this issue. This cool local tech guy came and hooked me up. HOWEVER it is back to doing what it did day one. Less than 20 plays total at my shop!!! FOR 7K OMG that's got my blood up!@!!NOW I AM really pissed and giving this one last go around before I get a lawyer and start the process of legal actions. As a small business this hurts me, not only do I have a loss of the game, but the space it takes up and disappointed customers that come in to play. This was my fear all along, buying from a business that really only cares about money and not the adventure of Pinball... NOW I have a hunk of junk that is dead for now.I even offered to bring it back to him and buy another one.. but NOPE ZERO RESPONSE!I have tried to email, call and no response. BELIEVE ME, I will be taking a trip to Mesq Texas to hold a sign up out front of their business with my displeasure..I WILL NOT GO QUIETLY IN THE NIGHT!!!

I would NOT recommend buying games from the Fun! Billiard and Gameroom Superstore. In March 2019 I purchased 4 items from this company. Golden Tee 2019, the stand for Golden Tee, a Foosball table and a Pac-Man cocktail table arcade game. The people that I spoke with were very nice during the sales process. I was notified by email when the items shipped, but did not receive any details regarding how they were packaged/wrapped for delivery. The delivery arrived in two packages: one large palate wrapped in thick plastic such that you could not see the contents, and one separate box that was not labeled. I was asked to sign a delivery slip immediately upon drop-off of the packages. After the delivery truck left, I cut off the plastic wrap surrounding the items on the palate and opened the separate box and realized that Golden Tee 2019 was not included in the delivery. Within 20 minutes of receiving delivery of the other items, I separately notified the shipping company and Fun! Billiard and Gameroom Superstore by phone that the delivery was incomplete. After several days of being told that dock checks were being done, I was informed that they had no idea what had happened to the Golden Tee and could not locate it. Despite that fact that I had promptly notified both the Fun! company and the shipping company that the item was not received, I was told that there was nothing further that could be done and that because I had signed the delivery slip Fun! Company would not reimburse me for the item, but that it would file a claim with the shipping company. After several months of follow-up and not hearing from either company and not receiving a refund, I finally contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge and pursued action directly against Fun! Billiard and Gameroom Superstore.
