Full Circle Riding Academy

Full Circle Riding Academy is AWESOME! Great instructors and great steeds make this a hidden gem in the urban jungle in Fort Worth! It offers various types of ridding styles and both group and private lessons. My boys have all learned lessons not only about caring for and riding horses, but the things behind the scenes that have helped them to gain confidence and experience as well as shown them a bit about personal responsibility in how to treat these magnificent creatures!I saw a few negative reviews and was very surprised to see anything negative written about this wonderful place and the caring staff. What I appreciate is they have a no nonsense approach and give the kiddos direction and correction when required. Not sure what other people have experienced, but the boys and I have nothing but positive experiences here. I am sure you will too, in any case, give them a try!

Full Circle Riding Academy is a gold nugget quietly nestled in the heart of our community. Stephanie and her staff have been instructing our girls soon after their interest in riding first appeared. Our oldest is now in her 5th year of lessons and has improved more than we could have ever imagined. FCRA doesn't just provide horse riding lessons, they provide the lifestyle and discipline typically not available to "city girls." The staff remembers what it feels like to be a young girl in love with a horse and tries to allow each student the opportunity to experience that for themselves, even if they are not yet able to own their own horse. With a barn full of young horse crazy girls, the staff at FCRA has patience in abundance. I cannot recommend Full Circle Riding Academy enough.

I agree with the previous review regarding the owner. Initially I noticed the owner's lack of professionalism but because we were happy with the instructor we continued the lessons. Ultimately we discontinued going to them due to the owner, Stephanie, sending me a text asking us to find a new stable for lessons. Again, this was a great indicator of her lack of professionalism. We paid on time and never missed scheduled meetings with our instructor without notice.

I am torn on this one. While I have not been happy with the owner and we ended up changing to another stable, our daughter's individual instructor for private lessons (Cheyenne) was amazing. We were at Full Circle for a little over a year. Overall, I would say a fair score would be 3. The are conventionally located, if you are doing group not private they are easy enough to schedule with.

Fantastic company! My daughter had an amazing time at camp and is looking forward to volunteering here soon!
