Great staff. From the parking organization, to getting the tickets, to being directed when to go, all the way down to every single actor. Nice and respectful people to be running a haunted house. The type who make sure the chainsaw won't actually touch you but are really good at making you think it might. I don't think that a single actor failed to make me scream or jump or both simultaneously. Moving from room to room was smooth with help of the actors. Price was fair. $25 for like 15-25 min depending on how fast you run! The props, makeup, costumes, mechanics, and all technicals that went into this house were mind blowingly good. I couldn't believe they had so many different things that could scare me. The ONLY things I'd hope to see them improve on is lighting and their use of space. There were moments I felt like I couldn't take a step bc I didn't know what was in front of me, due to fog and bright lights pointed at my eye line. As well some of the passages were hard to get through as far as the width of the hallways. I understand bright lights and small spaces are scary and I see the idea. I just think if the fog and direction on the lights were regulated a little differently, things would have been slightly easier to navigate. In addition, the crawl space you have to crawl through I feel could be a deal breaker for some customers, as well as the narrow hallways. Obviously, these are only suggestions and I truly hope to see this haunted house succeed, I have lots of faith!

The place smelt like cat pee. We were told twice that we were not going to be touched at all, but low and behold we're touched multiple times, by none other than the owner, who then proceeded to get into an argument saying "I'm the owner if you don't like it then leave" quite literally what I'm trying to do. You will be walking in a single file line the entire time, with some very small spaces to fit through. There's 2 points where you'll be crawling, we went to hangman's right before this and that is WAYYY more worth the money! This was an absolute waste of $25 dollars. At no point was anyone in my group scared at all, it was more irritating because the entire place is filled with smoke in which makes your eyes burn like no other. I absolutely do not recommend.

A scare actor sprinted around the corner and ran straight into my boyfriend, giving him a nose bleed. The scare actor tried walking through my boyfriend but he kept him away and then as we were trying to walk away he grabbed my boyfriend. My boyfriend then told him to chill out and then the scare actor said, "you're the one who f**cking came in here." When he said this he took off his mask as if he was trying to fight my boyfriend. Then he proceeded to try and scare my boyfriend four more times to no avail. And then during one of those other occasions he shoulder checked my boyfriend. Also all of the spaces were very narrow and hard to get through. For context, my boyfriend and I are both skinny individuals and at times it was even hard for us to get through.
