Food Tours of America - Dallas

Met our guide Veronica, at the first stop Baboush. There our guide told us how the tour would work and what we could expect. The tour involved some walking but we also got to use the trolley system and learn about the trolleys. We even got to stop by the trolley depot and meet the person in charge of the trolley system who also answered questions for us.I would recommend this food tour as we got to try three different places. Baboush, Ka Thai, and The Rustic. All were great! However, the restaurants can change from what our guide was telling us. We also got to stop by a local bakery and try their sweet bread. Next time we're in town we definitely want to try out another food tour with them.

My daughter and I did the Uptown eats trolly tour and had the best time!I felt the variety of cuisine and amount of food was very well balanced. We also had a really fun group and amazing guide - Brianna. We started at Baboush, moved to a French bakery named Bisous bisous then had some amazing Thai at Ka Thai and finished with great BBQ at The rustic. Throughout the tour you also had the option to add on custom cocktails. We had the opportunity to ride the trolly twice and even check out the trolley garage and learn a bit of history there. I'm a big fan of food tours and this one is a winner!!!

Such a great experience! We went to 4 amazing restaurants and enjoyed amazing food! Rode the trolley and learned about the history of the trolley cars! I will definitely go again and share with friends and family!

Took the JFK-Foodie tour as something different to do for my birthday and to kill time before an event. Scott was very knowledgeable about the JFK portion of the tour, covering both the "official" account and the major alternate theories as to what happened with the assassination.The three restaurants we went to were very varied in cuisine, but all three were delicious. From the empanada and sides at the first one to the butter chicken, rice, and naan at the second stop, to the blue corn street taco at the third, none of us left hungry, just as promised.Big compliments to Scott on a great tour. Would definitely look at taking other tours from this company if I am back in the area again.

l lived in Dallas my whole life and have never experienced the city the way I did Wednesday. Jim was fantastic and took us to some great places like Baboush, Breadwinners, Honest Taco and ended it with some sweets from Bisous Bisous. All of these great flavors and a fun and informative tour on the M-Line trolley! Would definitely do and again and recommend

Family in town and we decided to check out this food tour. Andrew was amazing and provided us with history and facts of Deep Ellum. The number of stops was perfect - lots of different samplings of local flavor. Recommend.

Sooooo, I joined this tour TODAY in Uptown Dallas.It was recommended to me by a friend, and I honestly can't recommend it enough!Our guide, Veronica, was amazing. She even included details of the city's history, which made it even more memorable. Especially being someone who grew up here - apparently knowing nothing of all we had to offer!What I loved most was the chance to meet the other guests on the tour. Veronica made sure each of us felt included and engaged. Plus, she had some great recommendations for other places to visit after the tour, so now I have even more restaurants to experience! Overall, it was a wonderful way to explore Dallas and its vibrant culinary scene. I left full, with new friends, and a deeper appreciation for the local culture even having been raised here.If you're in Dallas, I highly suggest booking a tour with Food Tours of America - You won't regret it!

I loved the Uptown Eats Trolley Tour! The food was amazing and Brianna made it such a fun afternoon. Our whole group left very happy and full. What a blast!

Had a delightful food tour in Uptown Dallas with friends. Brianna was an excellent host and the food venues were different cultures and tastes. Learned about the Dallas Trolley system and history of the system. Very good tour and would recommend it to anyone who likes great food
