I tried Flat Top Biscuits and Gravy for the first time today at the Keller Farmers Market. I had the jalapeño cheddar biscuit with sausage gravy, chives and fresh sliced jalapeñosThe biscuit was made up of fluffy layers and golden brown on top and bottom. GREATNESS!!!They grill the biscuit and ladle it with cream sausage gravy and top with chives and fresh jalapeño slices. It was so great I will definitely come back for this and to try their other spins on biscuits. Their biscuit flavors are Herb & Cheddar, Sourdough and Jalapeño & Cheddar. They also work in waffles, monkey bread, bratwurst and Hot Dogs.
