The young employees could've cared less about getting our order correct or out in a reasonable amount of time. One repeatedly dropped audible "f-bombs" and shoved one of the others in jest while our food was sitting around getting cold. 9pm on February 1st, only about 3 people in the restaurant, and we still waited at least 15 minutes. Got home to discover we received a small fry instead of a regular and a burger without bacon. $32 for a small pile of fries and two cold soggy burgers. Won't be going back.

If you eat here be prepared to wait 40 minutes for ONE burger!!!!!!! I've tried many times and every time the food takes such a long time for a small order!!!! I even tried mobile order and then picking it up and it said 5-15 minutes but it took 50 minutes!!!!!! Insane for a basic order. Especially since it is not super busy inside....

Be ready to spend a minimum of $12 on your burger and $8 for a Regular size fries!! Crazy to begin with. The burger was super greasy and fries soggy. Wouldn't recommend..

We have been to most Five Guys in DFW. love it! BUT this new location is very skimpy on the size of the party, the amount of lettuce, the amount of fries. As soon as I found out this franchise was finally in the area I live, I was ecstatic, then the experience was underwhelming. This place is too expensive for yall to be so damn skimpy. I will give them one more chance soon and if I experience this again, I will keep going to locations farther away. Please change this. Stop being cheap!!!
