We slipped on this restaurant, while in town for my daughter graduation. We made reservations for another place but it was packed. So we saw Fatburger, it was the best restaurant we have eat at in awhile. Staff was very friendly and polite. Food was excellent!restaurant was spotless!!!! Wish it was one here in Houston.

My brother wanted to spend his birthday with Fatburger and it was a whole vibe! The throwback, family-friendly music, the frozen margaritas, the local beers on tap, the beefy burgers and staff made it such a good time! The service was on point, everyone here was attentive, patient, knowledgeable of their products and high energy! I would highly recommend this location, NOT ONLY because it is a minority owned business, but because you will get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed!!!I'm shocked at the 3.7 rating for this location, let's talk about it. I came across town from Grapevine to this location when looking for a boba shop that is open late, I was flabbergasted when I saw a Fatburger next door and I've been in love ever since.It seems that since my last visit there were some changes in Management -based on previous reviews. I'm not anyone special, but my standards of service and food are very high because I work so hard for my money. I just haven't shared the same perspective as others here.Based on how hard I saw the staff working to get food out and check in on the client experience, I would implore you to check this Fatburger out!

Let me start by telling you how my son just did a school trip with his Christian school doing community service and they have one hour for lunch decides they all wanna go to this fat burger, well where I start let me guess the waitress doesn't know how to take an order and put it in She gives the order to the wrong person without checking what they ordered then he gets his food at the end of his lunch shift for school right he's taking a field trip and they're doing community service. Good for other people and not to mention it's overpriced then her food comes and it's incorrect and the girl goes. Oh I forgot I gave it to somebody else. What's funny is he was even sitting at the table waiting and the girl said I'll bring it right to you and it's stayed on the shelf. He had to go back and ask a third time for his food and you guys still couldn't handle it. I would tell anybody whoever ever wants any type of food to keep away from your establishment because obviously they don't know how to handle business horrible service horrible food don't waste your money. Don't waste your time. Ambience is crap. Go somewhere else

This was my first time to visit Fatburger. I was excited to see all the different options on the menu. You could get a quarter pound burger all the way up to a 1 pound burger. They also have a skinny burger that comes without the bun. They also have several different french fry options.I chose the skinny burger and added another large patty so I basically had 3/4 of a pound and then add a cheese as well. The burger was juicy and delicious and hit the spot and the vanilla shake was a great way to wash it down, and the fat fries were nice and crispy. I'll definitely make another trip back

Greesy and overpriced got a base burger with cheese and egg not the meal and it was over $11 patty was very thin. Service was nice and friendly though. Ambiance was good But way overpriced for what you get. Asked if I should get the burger or the wings and the server said he definitely recommended the burger and the burger was not good

Food and service was awful. I should have took it as a warning when the cashier said she didn't eat the food here. The turkey burger tasted sour -- just horrible like recooked old meat. The fries basically and no seasoning. The only thing really good was their watermelon drink which was very tasty.

oh where to even begin! I ate one of the og burgers and a chicken wing, and i swear someone definitely Bill Cosby'd my food with a laxative because I made that whole restaurant look like a crime scene. It looked like willy wonka's chocolate factory. I soiled my seat the second i ingested that burger. I think the waiters out to get me, maybe my ex's, sister's, father's, roommate's, son or something and then the vomit started. I spewed on all the customers like it was the nickolodean kids choice awards. Then I started flaring and turning red, It was like the 7 stages of grief but instead the 3 stage of crappy frickin burger joint. They call me mister goop around there now. Absolute worst experience. Everything was fine. Me and a friend came in before closing and we were appreciative. Girl taking our order was nice but the cook was annoyed and was clearly not trying to work. Then as we were leaving he said turn the lights off and lock the doors loud as hell. Work the morning shift if you don't like staying till close.
