Fat Shack

The 11 am-4 pm $10.99 burger lunch special was good! It comes with a single cheeseburger, french fries & fountain drink. I ordered the $10.99 half-fat shack. Added fried pickles and cheddar cheese sauce. Next time I'll only order a half or whole philly cheesesteak sandwich. The philly cheesesteak and cheddar cheese sauce I included in my fat sandwich was bomb! But the fat sandwiches aren't my thing. It was too much going on for me to enjoy it. I guess the establishment doesn't accept calls. No one answers the phone! When I arrived, it didn't take long to prepare my order. The service was decent, and the establishment had a cool vibe.

We tried this place for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! They serve burgers and "fat sandwiches" which are basically a ton of toppings/sides shoved into a sandwich roll. We got the "fat jersey", "fat shack" and "fat cow". They were massive with tons of flavor! The fat shack had a little bit of everything, and it tasted the best! Would for sure go back!

Yiiikes not gonna lie this was a trashy stinky gross mistake. I mean i get it it's a stoner joint it's open til 3am but dude hell no I would never want anybody to try this location. It smelled oh it was filthy and dirty and ughh don't even get me started on the restroom that was disgusting. It smelled so bad and it was as dirty in that restroom as it was outside. How can a big time restaurant franchise like this have a nasty new joint like this open? Not being racist but don't mind my detailed choice of words but I think this location is ran by an Indian family. You had a dopey little Indian dude walking out front stoned I mean yeah it's ok with me I don't care about being smoked out but dude this location was gross. Anyways they were jamming out to party Indian music I'm guessing that was another friend or family member working the kitchen. Anyways waaaay over priced food like $17 for just a drink, burger and fries and $25 for a Philly cheese, onion rings and drink. The food wasn't good the burger was over cooked or made on a dirty grill. It had allot of char on the burger and the fries were soggy and had a gross taste like old oil. The Philly wasn't bad it had allot of meat but little cheese and no veggies. The onions were just as bad as the fries. They have a whole wall or walls covered with store merchandise but they don't sell it you have to order online. Pure stupid I've never gone to a shop with advertised merchandise only to be told that you can only get it online. That's by far the dumbest concept!You're given a few packets of ketchup no salt or pepper located or even some sort of hot sauce. Out of all the tables around me only one table had napkins all the others including the one I was sitting at were all out. The place was dead nobody was eating there and they had zero effort to clean it up. If you look around you will see stains and finger prints on the walls and tables. The front door was just as bad and the giant bean bags are soo filthy I strongly recommend you don't even sit on them.

Gross! Just don't. You are better off hungry. Save your money. I'm not sure this even qualifies a "food." Walked away. Couldn't even stomach it.

I have experienced Fat Shack in the TCU area and was totally blown away, then I've found out that there were a Fat Shack in Plano, so I told my wife about my experienced and recommended we should try it out together.Staff was genuinely nice, however the food we ordered was cold, so we both sent it back to only hearing DINGS, hmmmm. Dings? Ah nah so at this point I was embarrassed at this point I'm noticing the A/C not working properly and no fountain drinks only water and ice. My head hanging low and now my wife thinks I'm losing it based my recommendation.

I have been coming to the Fat Shack at least once a month since I work at Baylor. Well, they have just lost me as a customer, and I'm sure many other nurses when I tell them what happened. I had a birthday coupon and went in tonight to use it. They had NO customers, the girl that would have taken my order said that my coupon expired yesterday, but she was sure it would be okay, but she had to ask a manager. A guy came out and told me it was expired and they would not honor it. Dude! I was ready to place at least a $100 order, you have no customers, and you wouldn't honor a $10 off coupon? I'm in my scrubs, having just worked 13 hours, and you want to quibble over a $10 coupon? No, thank you. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Thanks for showing your true colors!!

I do not recommend this place at all!!Just one word !RATS I sat down in the booth facing restroom and kitchen waiting for my order as soon as I see a rat running out the kitchen I went to the employee told them to give me my money back and cancel my order they didn't even bother to go look for that rat ! So please beware

Food was delicious! I have read the comments and decided to give it a try even though there a lot of negative comments. Came here today, nobody in the restaurant, ordered myself a fat shack sub with no honey mustard, let me tell you, when it's fresh it's soooooo goood!!! Not a lot of service, but I didn't need any to eat or get my own drink. I do recommend to try it, but I would suggest to come in store and eat so you can get it fresh out the grill!

I freaking love this place. The mozzarella sticks, the burgers, and the vibe are all incredible. The food is always ready pretty quickly and it's just amazing.
